    It’s a short walk to the beach from the property. Pass the pool from the lobby and go down the ramp near the yacht harbor and you will reach the beach near Hilton Hawaiian Village.
    You can also walk to the Hawaiian Convention Center and Ala Moana Center, the largest outdoor mall in the country.

    Discount on this unit for booking more than 7 nights, and another discount for booking more than 30 nights. Discount will be automatically applied upon estimate.

    Waikiki is Honolulu`s seaside playground, loaded with opportunity to embrace nature, tick an experience off your bucket list, or indulge your senses at hundreds of restaurants, bars, lounges, and shopping places. It`s only a short walk from our unit to popular Ala Moana Beach Park, where you can go surfing, swimming, or sunbathing on the sandy shoreline.

    PARKING:
    For valet parking at The Ilikai, the cost is $45.00 per day or 24 hours, and this includes the convenience of in and out privileges. Alternatively, self-parking is available at the Ilikai Marina tower, located next to the front entrance of Red Lobster on Hebron Street. A 24-hour pass for self-parking is priced at $30. If you choose this option, it`s recommended to specifically inquire with the parking attendant at the location. Additional parking options are often found behind the hotel at the Ala Wai Harbor; please make sure to check for signs indicating parking restrictions.
    This is a smoke-free hotel. There is no smoking (including e-cigarettes) allowed in guest rooms and balconies, or in any common areas.

    TRANSPORTATION:
    Reliable and reasonably priced transportation can be arranged through Uber and Lyft, where tipping is at your discretion. The Bus is another economical and trustworthy transportation option; it has been recognized with awards for its quality of service in the past. Many popular attractions in Waikiki are conveniently within walking distance for most visitors, including the renowned Ala Moana Shopping Center.

    STORES & RESTAURANTS:
    Close to the Ilikai, you`ll find Foodland, a spacious grocery store, as well as an ABC store and a store located in the lobby. Warehouse stores are also within reasonable reach from the Ilikai. Within the Ilikai itself, there are four restaurants and two stores. At the ground floor, Cinnamon`s offers outdoor dining options. On the top of the Ilikai, you`ll discover Pesca Waikiki Beach, where a glass elevator with breathtaking views takes you to and from the restaurant.

    LANAI RESTRICTION NOTICE

    Please be advised that due to the building’s ongoing spalling project, access to the lanai/balcony will be temporarily restricted starting June 1, 2026, with an estimated completion date of June 26, 2026.

    This restriction is being implemented by the building management to ensure the safety of all residents and guests during the project period.

    -Tropical Environment & Preventative Maintenance Disclosure-

    As our home is located in a tropical destination, occasional sightings of small insects (such as ants or similar common tropical bugs) can happen from time to time, even in well-maintained spaces. This is a natural part of the island environment.

    To minimize this as much as possible, the building conducts regular, property-wide pest control treatments. In addition, our team schedules routine preventative treatments within the unit to maintain a clean and comfortable space for our guests.

    Please note that during your stay, there may be scheduled visits by licensed pest control vendors as part of the building’s ongoing maintenance program. These treatments are safe, odorless, and designed to be minimally disruptive.

    We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation should your stay coincide with any scheduled service, as these efforts are in place to ensure a consistently well-maintained environment for all residents and guests.

    *Please kindly refrain from smoking inside the property or in areas not designated for smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and near the property. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a fine of $500. Should the building management issue a citation to us as owners and hosts, we will escalate the matter for further action. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Members of our reservation staff can converse in English and Chinese. We also have honest and industrious cleaners, reliable repairmen, and managers to assist you at any time throughout your stay. This rental is legal under Hawaii`s short-term rental laws.

    For the added safety of all our guests and to ensure the security of our property, we might kindly ask you to provide a copy of your valid ID after your reservation has been confirmed. This step helps us to maintain a secure and trusted environment for everyone.

    All reservations are non-refundable. We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations.

    We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment in the event of unexpected changes or emergencies.
