サーフィンのため2週間滞在しましま。 ローケーションは最高。食器・調理器具も充実しています。下のパーキングは1日$23ですが1ヶ月の契約の方が安いみたいですがオーナーからの契約書が必要との事。ランドリーのアプリ支払いでアメリカの携帯しか使えないので日本のその方の方は一回の警備室にランドリーを使いたいと言うと8階まで一緒にきてくれるのでその場で現金を渡せば利用できます。

The view of the marina and bay was fantastic. The room was as advertised. The beds were comfortable. The laundry is on the 8th floor. We enjoyed our stay.

We've stayed at the main Ilikai hotel bldg before, which was really nice. But staying here in this Ilikai Marina bldg was nice too! Some things are a little dated, but for the price and the BEAUTIFUL view, it sure was worth it!!

No basic needs
The location and place is cool. But there are no basic needs at the accommodation. Basics like shampoo, body wash or enough towels for the stay. I reached out to the property manager immediately, but no luck there. The response was that it’ll be taken care from the next time - meaning not during my stay. This is pretty disappointing during a fun vacation you planned for.

We loved it!
We loved staying at the Ilikai Marina. It was close to Waikiki beach and to Honolulu. We could walk most places. Check in was so easy and the property manager was very kind. Will definitely come back!

Fantastic View and Location
Don’t expect a 5-star, but this unit/location is walking distance to everything (restaurants, shops, beach, airport) and night life. Floors are tiled, kitchen was great, and laundry on 8th floor. All-in-all iWork’s stay in this unit again. I’ve stayed in other units and this particular one so far is one of the better ones.

Excellent location!
We’ve stayed at the ililkia marina before and enjoy being close to magic island and the park! This unit is fine it could use a deep cleaning!!! The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was comfortable! Parking is a breeze and not expensive.

Nice location with a nice harbor view
Due to flights cancellations, we only stayed one night. It was as described and the host was very friendly and helpful. The property was very clean and the view of the harbor was quite nice. Would be good for 2 adults but a bit on the small side for 4 adults. Will stay again with my wife.

We loved our stay at the Ilikai Marina Condos. It was so relaxing and the views were incredible. Alison made sure everything was stocked for our arrival and stay. We are already making plans to come and stay again soon.

Front row seats
Best place to stay in Honolulu. Location is perfect. Easy walk to beaches, local restaurants, and marina for dinner tours, catamarans and activities. Can't beat the view. Condo was clean and well maintained, reservation process was a breeze. Will definitely stay here again.

Like: nice port and ocean view and mirrors on the wall makes it look spacious. Beautiful sunsets right from the balcony. Not like: limited bath towels

Property is run down.
Poor maintenance of overall property. Air condition does not shut off, tiolet tank runs after flushing and cover is broken and glued together, tiles and grout is stained and dirty, water does not properly drain at all times from clogging in pipe, table top is worn, no extra pillows for couch bed, sheets are old and worn, had to buy new sheets and pillows which I had to leave behind, tile floor is dirty and walking bare feet leaves the bottom of your feet black with dirt and they insist on not wearing shoes indoors hawaiian style. brown stain on light switches. Didn't feel like place was cleaned well for covid. Not worth what I had to pay for it. Didn't feel renter has respect for boarders renting it for an expensive vacation.

Family vacation
The condo was roomy. Loved that we had a kitchen to cook in which saved us $ on eating out and a fridge for our food. Property management was extremely friendly and helpful with anything we needed only thing that kinda made us cringe a little was that a couple of wash clothes in the bathroom looked dirty like they had been used and not washed and a towel looked to have hair on it so we bought our own towels across the street at the ABC store instead of using the towels that were there.

This is a terrible place to stay!
I have been coming to this area of Hawaii for several years now. We have always used VRBO to rent a condo within area. In all these years I have never ran into a condo in such disrepair. I am disappointed to say the less. For starters; the door code that was sent to me via email was not correct. The text message I received the morning of check in I was given a phone and name to contact if I needed any help. I called this number and spoke with Ryan however he told me he was no longer managing this property. He ended up giving me the master door code so we were able to get in. I had to track down the current manager. Shortly after we contacted her we had to contact her again as the Wifi information that was sent to me via email, the information on the router (which was in two different places and had two different passwords)were incorrect. I had to contact a different person to get that set up. We discovered the toilet runs after flushing it. We had to take the lid off the back of the toilet (which is broken in several places) and stick our hands in the dirty tank water to make the plunger seal. We had to do this every time we used the toilet. The first night when I pulled back the bed covers after noticing a big rip in the bedspread there was a glob of black hair on the bed next to the pillow (I have blonde hair and this happened the first night we were there). I removed it and used a bath towel to sleep on. We cooked dinner on the second night and were mortified to find items within the kitchen left by previous guests. We are in the middle of a global pandemic-there should not have been anything left from previous guests! Upon spending more time within the condo we noticed there is toilet paper stuck in different areas of the condo to plug holes. There was also some under the kitchen table leg to make it even. The lamps were glued together. The condo is in such disrepair and the health issues that come with it; we left and found a new place to stay. This condo is not suitable for ANYONE to be staying in. I requested a refund however they refused. The manager addressed the broken lamp and tear in the bedspread however she neglected to address any health concerns we had with this property and to this day I have not received my deposit or any type of refund.

Thank you for hosting Beach Bum Oasis Travel for the holidays. There are so many good things to say about this property. I don't know where to begin. My children (Ages 13 and 14) and I stayed at this property for the Christmas Holiday. We arrived Christmas Eve. Check in information was emailed to us before hand. No contact check in and no waiting! We went directly to the unit and we were able to enter immediately. The condo description and pictures are very accurate. So no need to go over those details. What I do want to touch up on is the excellent location! Location is everything to me. Transportation! Getting to the condo to start, it takes a 20 to 25 minute Uber/Lyft ride from the airport (1 hour by bus because of the stops if you prefer a cheaper option). There are two bus stops that are a two to three minute walking distance away. These bus stops can get you anywhere in Honolulu. Waikiki Beach is a 25 min walk if you are like me and enjoy a nice stroll. On that route, there are a ton of shops and restaurants (IHOP, gift shops, Upscale stores, etc.) along the way. Going in the opposite direction the Ala Moana Center (it has everything including a Target) is about a good 10-15 minute walk. Directly behind the Ala Moana Center (cutting through the mall) there is a Walmart. Food! Red Lobster, Harbor Pub and Chart House is right next door. I ordered a pizza from Harbor Pub for our Christmas Dinner and even got myself a Christmas present (Lemon Martini) while I waited! We utilized the Ilikai General Store which is five minutes away for any essentials (i.e., eggs, water, snacks, etc.). McDonalds and Subway is directly across the street. Beaches! The Duke Kahanamoku Beach and Lagoon is about a five minute walk... ten minutes if you need to find a good spot. As previously stated, Waikiki is a 25 minute walk. To get to Queens Beach, I would recommend taking the #20 bus. To conclude, this location is perfect. There is no need for a rental car. The bus or your feet will do just find. I would definitely stay again.

Loved the view! The bidet was an extra luxury! Really appreciate quick responses from Ryan and Kelly about the TV. I needed help with the remote. A few cockroaches found in bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. Recommend fogging rooms and set our roach traps. The sunset view was beautiful! Mahalo for the stay!

Place is dated but clean . Bed was warned down. air conditioning wasn't working properly first night it was cold, next evening it seemed to shut off at night and turn back on in the afternoon. and we couldn't get it to start in the evening. so it was hot, other then that was ok for our purpose,( out of propertys hand but had allot of fighting in the parking lot.)

We love how this unit had a door that closed off the bedroom from the living area. Kitchen had all the dishes we needed and ABC Market was conveniently located on the corner. The only disappointment was there was no washer/dryer in the unit.

Amazing view!
Condo was very clean, amazing view, and very close to tons of fun activities (beaches, mall, restaurants) Watching the boats all day was really cool and the Friday night fireworks show was perfect from the lanai. My only complaint is that we stayed over the weekend and got woken up on Friday and Saturday night at bar break. Absolutely nothing the owners can do about this, but just a heads up for future VRBOers. Otherwise, amazing. We would love to stay again!

Awesome views. Great location for lagoon and beach. Walking distance to Ala Moana mall. Many restaurants within walking distance. No car necessary. Sad to leave. Hope to be back soon.
