Regarding the deposit that require upon arrival, actually it is written in Expedia website that HKD$500 deposit per day.I'm sorry to hear that if our team didn't explain to you upon departure. We will send out a deposit release to the bank upon guest departure, therefore it should be release within 7-14 business days. Furthermore, we did not charge the credit card we only hold the amount from the credit card.

Cozy hotel
very friendly and kind staff are excellent. If table in the room has a chair, it will be better to do the work.

Great location Hotel
The hotel is very close to HK central area and good restaurants/cafes around it. The service was good, free drink/food was also good. It would be much better if the room (especially shower room) was a bit more clean.
