"Absolutely worth the trip. It is a bit of a journey to get here but they truly do an amazing job. The whole staff (esp Tam & Nhu) are wonderful, kind, and genuinely helpful. The food menu is extensive with options from all over the world and the breakfast is excellent. The spa is very well priced and delivers a truly relaxing experience. The real highlight, though, was seeing endangered monkeys throughout our stay. Easily one of the prettiest hotel settings we have ever experienced."

"Nice and clean, restaurant staff were amazing. Beautiful gardens. The waterpark was great but the location makes it feel separate to the resort. The pool bar was the only negative, the staff were not very responsive and it was just chaos, I paid cash but they charged to the room also, sorted out in the end but it took awhile."
