  • Clean, Cozy and Fully renovated home located across the street from The Last Resort and the Homosassa River. Large lot with plenty of room for boat trailer parking. River Haven Marina close by for launching, and across the street from Homosassa Marina for Boat rentals. Newly decorated. Fire pit on patio. Two Bedrooms and 1 bath with outside shower. No smoking. Bath House available next to barn.

Please be cautious of the canal behind the house. It is too shallow to launch most boats. There is no swimming permitted (gators are sited often).
Please do not enter the barn and cookhouse areas. These are private areas not for guests.
Please be kind to our neighbor! No loud noises or parties. Respect the property line. No fires other than at the fire pit on the front patio.
