Loke House, a beautifully restored flint house nestled in a peaceful Cley‑next‑the‑Sea The Living Spaces The sitting room is warm and inviting, where exposed beams and large windows add that special touch of character and fill the space with natural light. There are also a TV, Bose speaker and multiple board games for your entertainment. A farmhouse-style kitchen come fully equipped with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Sage coffee machine and a full range or tableware and cookware you can cook up a storm, safe in the knowledge you have everything you need. Within the kitchen space there is a dining table which comfortably seats 8, offering the ideal spot to gather for a feast or an evening of games. A separate utility room with laundry facilities provides that extra touch of convenience during your stay.
Outside Guests can enjoy beautiful, expansive gardens throughout their stay. The enclosed front courtyard is an inviting spot for a quiet morning coffee or relaxed al fresco dining at the BBQ, while the large private rear garden offers plenty of space for children to run free and make the most of outdoor games.
Sleeping Accommodation There are four bedrooms spread across all floors:
Ground Floor Bedroom 1: Double room with private views of the front garden.
First Floor Bedroom 2: A large bedroom with king-size bed, ensuite shower room and flooded with natural light. Bedroom 3: Double room with garden views. There is also a built‑in single cabin bed in this room, allowing it to comfortably sleep up to three guests when needed.
Second Floor Bedroom 4: Zip-and-link super king (can be configured as a twin) Bedrooms 3 and 4 are served by a family bathroom with a bath and over-bath shower. Bedroom 1 benefits from an adjacent ground floor shower room. Please note that towels are provided as well as bedroom linens.
Other things to know about the property For safety and in accordance with recent fire regulations, the fireplace is not available for use There is a security deposit of £250 payable on the property. This is fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection post stay. There is roadside parking nearby or public parking at the Village Hall which is free of charge and just a minute away (although a donation to the Village Hall is welcome). The house is then accessed via a pedestrian loke. Smoking it not permitted in the property A standard cot bed is situated in bedroom 4. A highchair, Stokke toddler chair and a baby monitor are also available. Charging E-Bikes, E-Scooters or any other electric vehicle is strictly prohibited at Loke House Loke House does not accommodate pets.
