"everything good except the toilet was clogged as well as the sink. I informed the front desk at 720 am. It is now 810 am and no fix yet to the toilet.. staff was nice. breakfast ok."

"Had a wonderful stay! A real tropical delight, reflected in its darling private lanai. Clean and neat as a button. The kitchen has everything you need, to include separate wine and cocktail set-ups. Comfy, new leather furniture, one bathroom, but nice sized with a double sink and generous tiled shower. The beds and bedding are most comfortable. Checkout clean-up is a breeze. Kathleen was welcoming, accommodating and really accessible. She even sent us “Happy Thanksgiving” greetings. The location is mere steps to main street and all of its excitement, restaurants and shops. I look forward to many more visits here. "

"Roomy home with great hangout space inside and out. Clean and accommodating. You can tell the house is loved and not just an investment property. Fantastic shower tower! Refrigerator stocked with water, much appreciated. Great fully fenced yard perfect for hairy children and human children too. Huge driveway. Super easy check-in and guides from host on layout, WiFi, TV operation. Right across the street from downtown Melbourne restaurants, bars and shops. Super close to parks, bridge, river and beach."
