The four-unit complex is private in the way that actually matters — a heated pool shared with just three other units, framed by tall palms and a paved deck with lounge chairs. After a morning on the beach, it's where everyone ends up. A communal gas grill sits poolside for evening cookouts, and the whole setup has a residential feel that larger complexes can't replicate.

Inside, the condo is clean and decorated in easy coastal tones. The open layout puts the kitchen, dining, and living areas together — granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a dining table for four, and a large wall-mounted TV visible from both the kitchen and living area. Both bedrooms have queen beds with adjustable electric bases — a detail that matters more than guests expect until they've slept in one. The master connects to an ensuite bath.
