Your oasis awaits! Third floor condominium located in the oceanfront community of Surf Condos in Surf City. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony taking in views of the ocean and watch the dolphins in the distance. Relax by the private zero-entry pool or take a stroll right to the dedicated beach access points. One mile to the heart of Surf City, end your night enjoying the many restaurants and activities or enjoy the grilling areas right near the condominium front office. This gated community is quiet, family-friendly, and just what you need for a relaxing getaway.

Sleeping arrangements can accommodate up to 8 guests. The master bedroom is equipped with a king sized bed, and there are two queen beds in the upstairs loft. The living-room couch is a pull-out sofa for additional space. There are flat screen Roku/Smart TVs in the master bedroom and the living room and board-games for family fun.

Other things to note:
There are no elevators in any of the Surf Condos. This is a third floor (top floor) unit.
Private parking pass provided. Please hang tag in your vehicle.
Guests have access to the beach, pool, laundry room and gym.

As an added touch, and unique to Sol Searching Properties, you will find for your convenience, “starter” items. Please keep in mind these are meant to start your vacation, not supply your whole stay. These items include
- Coffee, sugar, sugar alternative, creamer and filters.
- a new kitchen scrubber
- a dish towel and washcloth

- powdered laundry soap
- bar soap per bathroom

A separate security deposit for $350 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.

Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. Credit card must match the name on the license.
