We had a great time here! Kitchen full of everything you could need. Comfy new furnishings too! Only suggestion would be to add a few more pillows and a towel rack or hook in the half baths. We will definitely return!

The pictures for this unit don't fully capture how nice the unit is. We enjoyed our stay, and will definitely put it on the short list. The view of the ocean couldn't be any better unless the unit was right on the beach. The covered porch was really nice. The easy walk to the beach only takes a few minutes. The beach is narrow during high tide, but it never felt too crowded. We like our space, so not bad at all. Please be advised the listing says it sleeps four, but the bunk beds are not ment for adults. My 14 year old daughter and I didn't feel like the bed would support her and she ended up on the sectional couch. By the way the sectional was very comfortable. At check-in time, Ward realty is difficult to enter the front parking lot from the main road as traffic from the roundabout backs up in front of the driveway. No entry as far as we could find from side streets. Plan accordingly.

The pool and grounds at surf condos were pretty awesome. Nice beach. Plenty of parking. The laundry facility has a lot of machines but takes tokens and you cannot switch them out at check out. I had multiple issues with reservation/payment and check-in. Ward Realty- which manages this property - does not seem to run smoothly and I got misinformation several times. They didn’t get me checked in until after 4pm and the unit itself was pretty dirty at check in. I had white socks on while unloading and the bottom were black after 30 mins of walking a supposedly clean floor. I took a white paper towel and wiped the floor with clean water and it was very dirty. The shower drain was backed up and we weren’t able to shower for the first day. The shower was nasty. I had to scrub this place and it still wasn’t clean. It’s not been well taken care of and I think it’s a combo of the owners and the realty company. Dirty dishes in the cabinets, I had to re-wash a lot of them. We’ve stayed in MUCH nicer places but this was a last-minute reservation for a funeral. I wouldn’t use Ward Realty again even though after some badgering they did refund some $$ for the condition. They need a better staff (only the manager was helpful- the general associates were absolutely useless and rude) and a better cleaning company for sure.

There seemed to be a lot of restrictions , we had to bring all soft items including toilet paper , towels, sheets , linens. The check out time of 9:30 seemed pretty early however they did move it back an hour when requested

A friend of mine and our 14 year old sons really loved the condo. The bunk beds were very comfortable even for an adult. The condo had everything we needed and we had no complaints.

The lazy palm room at Surf Condos was a refreshing family oriented place. There were many other families visiting at the same time as us which made it an even more pleasant experience for my grandchildren. The older gate guard was super nice, and enjoyable to see and talk to. He truly made us feel at home. The only negative things I could say was there were many renovations going on above us which made it difficult for my infant granddaughter to nap and if everyone in our group showered back to back we ran out of hot water. We will definitely return.
