Only things provided are electric, water, Refrigerator with ice trays, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove, washer&dryer, 5 rolls of toilet paper. 3 Airmattresses provided-2 Full & 1 Queen. BYO sheets, pillow, bath essentials, detergent, utensils. Dollar General 4min away to buy missing items, Dollar Tree 6 min away, Walmart 7 min. No loud music. No Pets. No smoking. 2 parking spaces

Simple, exactly as described.

We were traveling and didn't need much at the townhouse so this was perfect. Plenty of space for us to put our things, sleep, shower and do a load of laundry (a big plus) also included small backyard area. The townhouse was very clean and had air mattresses as described. Communication for check in door code and expectations was clear. Would stay again.
Stayed 4 nights in Jul 2021
