We are the coolest hosts on the planet! You will love it here!

Soak up the Florida sun with this cozy in-law suite with an amazing oasis in the back. This is a single family house with an in-law apartment that is on the bottom with 3 private entrances. The pool area is shared with the owner but has two separate sides of all the complete comforts such as grill, lounges, chairs and tables. The owners are super cool, down to earth mid-life people. Need not worry, you will still have your privacy. In the end 100 times better than what you will get at a Hilton with much needed space and all the fixings for a much smaller price tag.

NO SMOKING Of ANY KIND INSIDE! There is a patio set in the back outside where smoking is allowed. There will be a $500 fumigation charge.
Use of Pool - Must sign waiver before using pool. Pool is open 24/7, just need to be respectful of neighbors. No loud noises/music after 10pm.
