「It was everything she said it would be. The room was nice, bed was comfy, bathroom was clean and we enjoyed the cooler and chairs that are available. We saw but did not take advantage of the bikes. There were quite a few so maybe next time we will try a bike out and ride to town. It is so close to downtown Dunedin. It was very quiet we had no issues with noise. 」

「we had a wonderful time and our host was fabulous! The only thing that could be improved would be the fact that we could not figure out how the mosquitos were getting in the room, and the water pressure in the shower was lacking. On the positive side the room was adorable, clean, comfortable and the host was kind and helpful!」

「Carmen is THE most excellent host-communication was wonderful & she is so friendly & helpful. The condo is superb & has EVERYTHING you could possibly need for your stay - down to shampoo, conditioner, detergent, dishwasher tabs, food wrap. We cooked a range of food with ease when not dining out.The condo is near enought to the pool to be handy but far enough to be quiet & our overall stay was very peaceful. "部屋は新しく清潔で、必要なものは揃っており、電源も使いやすく、ベイビューも良かったです。レストランが改装中なのは残念でしたが、ロビーに仮設されたテーブルでも快適に食事ができました。道路がすいていれば、空港から10分かからず20ドルほど。早朝便には便利でした。"
