This beautiful villa consists of 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and a 5th bedroom used as an office with a pull out sofa bed which has its own full bathroom.  Three of the bedrooms benefit from seaviews and a balcony.

Access to Onsite Communal Facilities: in addition to the villas private pool, guests have access to all onsite communal facilities which include a 70 ft. pool surrounded by sun loungers, outdoor shower, changing rooms, gym, yoga studio, and cafe.

Access to Fairmont Beach Club: Guests will have access to the Fairmont Beach Club where you can enjoy the sun, sand, and the sea. The beach club has 32 chairs and 16 beach umbrellas in total for use, access to parking, restrooms/changing rooms, a terrace equipped with outdoor furniture adjoining the Water Sports area, and an onsite restaurant.

The Neighborhood:
This accommodation is located in the neighborhood of Saint James, the platinum coast. St. James is located on the western side of the island and boasts world-renowned hotels, five-star restaurants, private villas and beachside mansions. It is safe to go out at night, safe to use the buses and taxi's and safe to walk around.

Getting Around:
Car rentals are quite popular and are great for those who'd like to adventure the island! However, taxis are also available and can certainly be arranged throughout your stay. Also airport transportation can be arrange from and to the airport at an additional cost.
