When you pitch yourself as the highest level accomodation, it's a pretty difficult promise to keep, especially after you've been going for a few years. MONA Pavillions do not disappoint. Whilst you pay for the quality, you also get tickets to the attractions, various nice free products in the room, and the attention to quality and detail is second to none. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and assist with absolutely anything. After staying in 1000 hotels in 40 countries, I just can't fault the place.
The pavilion was great and comfortable. The grounds were great to explore when the museum closed.

Our night at Mona was memorable from the moment we made our booking. The staff at all level so treated us with lots of love and care. We ferried up from Hobart and the food, wine and fun began. Wandering the grounds was just amazing with no crowds in the evening and morning, and then the museum before the ferry back to Hobart was a great conclusion to an amazing night!! Loved it 👍💓
Absolutely brilliant stay.
Customer service could not be faulted. Staff should be commended on their attention to detail.
Food and wine was amazing. Can not find any faults.
The pavilion was beautiful. The staff members who checked us in were delightful. The pool was relaxing. Breakfast fantastic.
The lady who checked us was abrupt and rude.
One of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Customer service outstanding and could not have done more to make our stay more comfortable.
Our room itself (Arthur) was incredible. Views over the Derwent (including from the bath), enormous space and generous kitchen. Would have loved to have stayed for longer.
We were looked after if needed from check in to check out all staff very friendly very helpful, the pavilions are so secluded if want to be or not. Fantastic environment. The pavilion accommodation was top rate!
This place is hard to book, I was very lucky to find it on Hotels.com and trilled with the comfort of the Walter the name of my unit, they fully stock the bar and pantry and had a bottle of bubbly and fresh fruit for us. There is a cost of the bar and pantry but so convenient. but we were there for the Mona museums which was fantastic walk everywhere to enjoy our stay and the views from the Walter are fantastic.
