Perfect location to visit all the tourist attractions in the area; I recommend hiring a bicycle from the homestay and cycling to each one, it is all relatively flat. Lovely owners, amazing views of the mountains from the bedrooms. Property is kept clean.

This was a gorgeous property with astounding views!! Probably some of the best natural and scenic views from a homestay hotel I've ever had. The owner and his wife were very welcoming, and their two daughters were very lovely and helpful as well. You can order homemade breakfast lunch and dinner from the owners up on the rooftop terrace that is simply delicious and we'll priced! This is a place you want to spend 4 or 5 nights at... There are quite a few activities to do here but relaxing and breathing in the bliss is also wonderful. I could see this being a great place for remote work out for a writer to just get away and be alone but in a gorgeous setting! I will definitely be back!

Greatest value choice in Ninh Binh!

The owners will do everything to make your stay memorable, always smiling, always helpful, and hard-working people. You won't find better value in this town. You have all, the best view by far, a spotless clean room, and comfortable beds, you will feel at hoe, in the perfect location to explore the surroundings.

Lovely family home with great views of mountains on top roof area. Great experience of local village. They have bicycles that you can use to bike around town. Must try lemon grass grilled or “xao lang” mountain goat nearby restaurant. Roll it up with herbs and rice papers. Ask owner for recommendations. Trang An and Hang Mua —so beautiful !!

We booked the private family room/suite. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags. Upon our return many hours later our room was gone. They did not mention this earlier and had plenty of time to do so, especially given that they sat us down for water to welcome us. The reasons for not providing our room varied, including bad plumbing to no electricity, but based on the conversation I witnessed with an earlier customer, I believe they gave our room away. The other customers had some sort of issue as well. They also booked multiple nights and the hotel likely wanted to accommodate them instead of us with our single night stay. I get that (a bit), but at least provide us the refund. The owners offered us the six person dorm room - without private bathroom. We declined as we did not pay for this and like our privacy, especially when traveling with our kids. Also, the lobby was full of clutter and spider webs, and we had to remove our shoes and wear common sandals to enter. I appreciate not wearing shoes indoors, but prefer my own slippers. Expedia tried contacting the owners, but our request for refund was declined based on the owners feedback. Fortunately we found another place where we enjoyed our stay. I do not recommend booking here if you have to pay in advance as we did.
