Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour passé à Urban House Saigon 2, le personnel très accueillant. Les chambres propres et confortables, proche du marché de nuit et des restaurants. Nous avons fait une demande de petit-déjeuner pour plus tôt le matin car nous partions faire le marché flottant, la demande a été acceptée et nous avons eu notre petit-déjeuner qui nous attendait à la réception :)

Accueil déplorable par une jeune femme qui apparemment préfère les hommes seuls....Si dernier étage,le Wi-Fi est désastreux voir inexistant.....Pensez à mettre de l'eau aux plantes si vous avez la chambre la plus onéreuse avec le balcon,car les femmes de ménage ne le font pas....Chambre calme.... Lit un peu branlant pour un couple de jeunes amoureux....Cuisine pas très propre

Urban House-herzlich, urban und jederzeit wieder!

Die Angestellten waren alle sehr bemüht und freundlich-sogar Wäsche durften wir umsonst waschen! Auch die Küche durfte mit benutzt werden! Alles, was man irgendwie brauchen könnte, hat das Hotel zur Verfügiung gestellt! Sehr herzlich und bemüht! :) die Zimmer waren sauberund hatten auch einen kleinen Balkon bei! Das Beste war aber der Charme des Hotels! Gegenüber sag man Großmütter auf den Balkonen sitzen, wie sie die Löcher in den Socken stopften usw...

Very accommodating staff

The room was comfortable but not nearly as nice as the pictures. We ended up moving to a different room for the second night (our mistake in booking). The staff was very accommodating with this, and let me stay in the room until the next room was ready as I was not feeling well. Unfortunately, the second room had a broken sink and there was only enough hot water for one shower. This place is a bit difficult to find, as the ground floor is just a laundry, but it was the best priced, and most convenient laundry we encountered on our 3 week trip. The street had a neighborhood, local feel with incredibly friendly people, but it is a long walk from the main tourist areas.
