we were given he highest 7th floor and there was no lift to this level and have to climb from the 6th level. I asked for transfer to another room and was told it already full house for the hotel which I think he lied. when I return to the hotel carrying heavy items and ask one of the staff to help me carry to the reception one of the staff was unwilling to do for me.. The water tap shower runs very slow with little water and could not be resolved. Although the rooms are beautiful , the service is just average only

Reservation for elderly parents for one. They were not able to check in and get their room at least hour after check-in. No hot water on day of check-in or next morning before their flight. Contacted front desk and they said maybe parents didn't know how to use shower. Many many years of hotels and Airbnbs stay in Vietnam, so definitely know how to use shower. No assistance. Would not stay again or refer.

Great experience in Ho Chi Minh City

This is a fantastic location you are right in the middle of historical sites and great dining experiences. The room is a good size and comfortable. They are currently updating the rooms and the improvements will make the stay that much better. The harbor is just down the street for a truly memorable dinner cruise opportunity.
