The room is very clean and spacious with full amenities — towels, toiletries, toothbrushes, toothpaste, a comb, a kitchen with a microwave, TV, and a sofa in a separate living area. There are two bedrooms, each with a wardrobe, plus a balcony, washing machine, clothes rack, and four bottles of drinking water. At first, it can be a bit confusing — you need to ask the security guard to call the staff, as the building seems to be a condo used as accommodation. The staff were very kind, explained everything clearly, and even allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out. I would definitely stay here again!

Would Definitely Stay Again

Exceeded my expectations in every way. Would definitely stay here again! Very updated, very spacious, very clean. Very good location, Grab picks up right in front of building. Food mart, pharmacy in easy walking distance.

There is a construction site next to the property so might be abit annoying - but the property itself is great and we had 2 bedroom but only 1 shared bathroom - the washing machine that comes with the property is great time saver for our family of 5. Abit out of the central district 1 but affordable Grab taxi makes that not an issue.

The apartment was spacious, clean and centrally located to the main market and other attractions including the walking street and great restaurants and cafés. Kim was an excellent host and ensured we were taken care. She also assisted with arranging tour packages for excursions and sightseeing activities. Great service and pleasant stay overall! There is luggage storage after checkout if we have many luggages and don’t want to carry with you on a tour. They are very good in communications. Specially, if your flight is delayed, you are eligible to check in anytime even at 3 a.m early morning like us. Even though, our flight was delayed until 3 am, I called them at 3 a.m. morning and they answered the phone to get me check-in the rooms… Great service.

Nice place

We have a present stay at this apartment. Ms Kim was very quick to reponse to any query. Washing machine was no working well, she immediately say will call for service. Ask for more towels, she gave more, very good host! From the left of building about 8min there is a very good pork noodle soup. On the right about 10min walk, good seafood restaurant. Lot of eating places. Taking grab very near to shopping area. Good location. Very nice place and cosy to relax after a busy day of shopping.

There was no housekeeping during the stay at property. There was no one to welcome at the reception. Terrible experience. We had to use same towels and bedding and toiletries during the stay. I will appreciate of they start house keeping each day. Thanks!
