The hotel is located near many amazing restaurants, the market is a 5 minute walk, and major sites weren't too far either so it is very conveniently located. Only downside, there were a few roaches.

Perfect hotel in perfect condition

Pro active and positive staff that helped the luggage upon arrival . Aircon is powerful , infrastructure intact and wifi is strong . Cleanliness is top notch with all necessities provided. Will look forward again when I'm back to Saigon

We were given the wrong room. We booked a family quadruple and were given a triple room which was half the size of the family quadruple. When we questioned the room we were told that they were fully booked. It wasn't until we went back a second time and showed booking email that were given the correct room. Location was excellent, but we would not stay again.

Rooms were too small. Staffs were not knowledgeable, property was not clean. My whole family got bits by bed bugs. Towels were old and not well washed, there were stains on towels.

The staffs are helpful. The hotel room is a disaster. Red ants on table and dressing table. Found lizard in the bathroom. Wardrobe cracked and too tall it blocked the air con. Bedsheet, pillowcase stained. Dusty everywhere.
