The space

Your room is included a bathroom and working space.
If you are a student or intern who is working in Mercedes Benz factory Quang Trung, this quiet room is exactly what you need to be able to study and work.
The space brand new and mod, we just finished renovating this sweet rooms for rent! We provide hot water, AC, Wi-Fi, and a fully stocked kitchen so you can bring home groceries and keep snacks on hand.
All necessary amenities are provided with fully furnished kitchen where you can prepare your own meal.
The utilities are included in the cost of the rent.
If you like a clean place with a great balcony to drink morning coffee or evening to see the moon.
We provide the coffee pot for your morning cup of joe, dishes, utensils, pots and pans.
Guest access
- Check-in time is 12pm or later. Check-out time is 12pm.
- Your room is on the 3rd floor.
- Sharing kitchen, laundry area on the 4th floor.
- You can access to wifi each floor.
- In addition to having 24/7 access to the room at any time! Just simply make yourself at home. ;)
During your stay
- I respect the privacy of our guests, but are available if there is anything you need help. My phone is with me 24/24 so don't hesitate to message me on anytime you need help.
Other things to note
- In Vietnam, the electricity is 220V and the power plug uses 2 round pins.
- You can get a internet SIM card at the airport: look for the shop Vinaphone all the way to the left before you exit international terminal.
- Please remember to check your visa requirement. If you need a visa then it's a good idea to get it sorted out a few weeks before your trip.
- We ask guests to alert us when they check out so we can promptly prepare the space for incoming guests.
