"breakfast was awsome, loved everything about the place"

"The property and area are very nice; we had an overnight stay and were very happy with the accommodation, amenities, staff and food. Breakfast was excellent. I would give them 6/5 if I could."

"The food was outstanding! We had the dinner buffet all 3 nights. We would absolutely stay again!"

"Location is really good for travelers, directly on the road, has very good wifi, all types of superchargers are next door. I only stayed one night and it was very good. "

"Beautiful location with a lot of history."

"We loved the hotel and the food was excellent!"

"Very quaint, quiet and pretty location."

"Comfortable and Ski bus accessible nearby. "

"Beautiful area by the river and cute cabins. Very enjoyable."

"Great property"

"Very beautiful area."

"It’s important to remember it’s a hostel so the bathrooms are separate and walking distance outdoors. The rooms are clean and the staff is excellent and very helpful. We didn’t have time to eat dinner but the prices at the hostel are extremely reasonable compared to other restaurants so it’s worth eating there instead of other places. The breakfast is typical Scandinavian so think continental with yogurt, bread, fruit, lunchmeat and cheeses."

"Fine rom,god mat og hyggelig betjening "

"Koselig familievennlig sted med hyggelig betjening. Enkel parkering og topp med badebasseng! "

"Mycket trevlig personal och god mat."

"Rondane Fjellstue var et fint sted å overnatte. Vi hadde to rom på hver side av gangen, med en liten hund i det ene. Kan sikkert trenge oppussing, men gode senger og ellers fint. Litt lite middagsretter å velge i, men god pizza. Varm sommer 2025, så rommene ble jo litt varme av den grunn."

"Place was great for my wife and 3 older daughters. My wife really liked the old style. It was a great location to go to local hikes, a sightseeing drive to Sunndal, and a day trip to Trondheim."
