"Friendly staff"

"The room is spacious and clean, the view to the nature is fantastic. Staffs are friendly. It pays attention to culture and traditions. Love the dinner as well. One thing can be improved, the amenities can upgrade to a better shower head or hair dryer. With this level of hotel, I would expect a better quality of the amenities. Surprised to see a very basic and old shower head and hairdryer. But other than this little things, I love everything of this hotel. Would definitely recommend if you prefer a quiet place to stay with lots of nature around it."

"Room was very nice, but needs some maintenance. Towel holder on the door missing and wall paper peeling. However, still a nice and quiet room. Parking was onsite, free, and accessible. Overall, hotel was very beautiful and is right on the river."

"The hot springs, including private ones, are amazing (and sulphurous), and so are the views from the hotel. The food is simple and good, both at dinner and at breakfast. On the other hand, rooms have cheesy smell to them, probably from mold; wifi is very weak."
