「The house was run down, in need of repairs and deep cleaning! The listing photos were not accurate. I have photos but it wouldn’t load. They show dirt around door knobs and air vents. Lack of silverware for group size listed. Yellow stains around toilet base. Dirty drawers in kitchen and worn cabinets, holes in couch apholstery. 」

「This house is located in an area within easy reach of many Galveston attractions. The house is well appointed with all kitchen items you might need and was very clean. The host was easy to communicate with. There are several beds and two bathrooms. You can only enter the bathrooms through a bedroom. While we were there it was cold so could not use the pool which was only half full. The neighborhood has several empty houses which did concern us. The bed in the master bedroom has a broken frame...

「Perfect location, so much space, comfy beds, loved the game room, super clean! Highly recommend!!! 」

「Property needs major repairs and upgrades. Floors were dirty. Towels were gray instead of white. No mention that there was no ice machine in frig. Number of beds was great and access for pet was great. Couches, dining chairs were stained. Rugs worn out. 」

「Excellent interaction from the host. The house was spacious with plenty of room for our group of 9. The problem is the house pictures shown weren’t accurate. The dining chairs were very soiled. The living room furniture was also soiled and the couch is worn and sinking in . The bed linens are very thin and old. The house is not being cleaned well between rentals as the floor had lots of debris and was sticky. Bathroom faucets were moldy. 」

「We enjoyed our stay overall, the host was welcoming and great communication. The house overall was nice and clean. There were a few things that needed fixed inside the home, but nothing too major. The neighborhood was nice a quiet. We really enjoyed the view from both decks and would definitely recommend the house for anyone looking to fish there. 」
