"The first room we checked into smelled of raw sewage. After waiting on hold for 25 minutes I had my family pack up and headed down to the front desk while I was still on hold till I talked to them they finally agreed to give me a new room. After we settled in we when down stairs to eat dinner and had a horrible experience at Guy Fieri Mexican restaurant. Horrible service really slow and the waiter got our order wrong tried to argue and served a friend raw to under cooked chicken in her enchilada. The elote was served with bad Queso Fresca cheese and smelled like sour feet. My kids couldn’t eat. They did comp the meal after talking to manger but Mexican is off the table for a while for us. The shampoo/conditioner combo was so bad my girls couldn’t run a brush through there hair after. Long waits at the elevators on the weekends to get back to your room The arcade closed early and I my kids were stuck with a gaming card full of credits. Free valet is not worth it. Very slow and was late for our softball game. Took 30 minutes to bring it to the front. "

"The room was okay for a short stay and mainly good for resting/sleeping. The washroom had a slightly stuffy, damp smell, which made it feel less fresh than expected. I also noticed some dust around the bedside table area. Staff was decent overall, but the room could benefit from better cleaning and ventilation."
