「The resort itself was excellent only thing is try to avoid from Expedia. The flights (frontier) extremely horrible they flew us to Atlanta Georgia from Orlando it was mind boggling. Didn’t understand why we’re going north to go south. Also we were over an hour on the runway because they couldn’t park the plane and going to Punta Cana we were in the plane on the runway for 3 and half hours. 「Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. However, there were a few issues we’d like to share as feedback. We had previously arranged a surprise for our anniversary, but communication stopped and it was never carried out. Also, towels were not replenished despite our request. On our last morning, we also found a very large cockroach in the bathroom. We understand this may happen in tropical areas, but we wanted to inform you. We hope this feedback helps improve future guests’ experiences.」
