「We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days, and unfortunately the experience did not meet our expectations for a 5-star all-inclusive resort.
There is no buffet for lunch or dinner, only breakfast, so you have to rely on the restaurants. Some of the restaurants had long wait times, and we also experienced small portions, food items running out, and food quality that was disappointing for the price. We had previously arranged a surprise for our anniversary, but communication stopped and it was never carried out.
Also, towels were not replenished despite our request.
On our last morning, we also found a very large cockroach in the bathroom.
We understand this may happen in tropical areas, but we wanted to inform you.
