「The property was very clean and very well kept. The entire staff was very courteous, helpful and ready and willing to assist or accommodate with whatever was asked of them. They even offered assistance if it wasn’t requested. They exceeded my expectations. They made my stay absolutely wonderful!! Excellent!」
「Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.
However, there were a few issues we’d like to share as feedback.
We had previously arranged a surprise for our anniversary, but communication stopped and it was never carried out.
Also, towels were not replenished despite our request.
On our last morning, we also found a very large cockroach in the bathroom.
We understand this may happen in tropical areas, but we wanted to inform you.
