「Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. However, there were a few issues we’d like to share as feedback. We had previously arranged a surprise for our anniversary, but communication stopped and it was never carried out. Also, towels were not replenished despite our request. On our last morning, we also found a very large cockroach in the bathroom. We understand this may happen in tropical areas, but we wanted to inform you. We hope this feedback helps improve future guests’ experiences.」

The private pool was amazing and had a good view to the ocean The nightly shows were amazing. All of the dancers and performers were incredibly talented and it was an absolute treat every night. Unexpected high level entertainment. Room service was awesome. CONS Bedding: was not comfortable at all. Sheets felt like a public school...
