「Not a 5 star hotel. Staff was helpful if tipped well. Room was not clean upon arrival but was cleaned well the next morning. The resort was clean and pool staff was great. Download the app for the hotel or you will have trouble with any of the amenities, including meals.」
「We had that most amazing anniversary at the Excellence. Our room was amazing, we had a private pool which we used every evening. I loved that the room had a steamer, very useful. The staff were so incredible. But the best part was the food. We loved every restaurant we went to.」
