August 2021 Stay

Amazing week at a fantastic condo! Everything was impeccably clean and well-stocked with towels and utensils. Each bedroom was comfy, and we especially loved the well-furnished screened patio! Will definitely be back to stay again!!

July 2021 Stay

Wonderful experience. Beautiful condo. Very large. Close to pool and beach. They only thing I would request is to upgrade the quality of the bath towels! Otherwise I’d highly recommend.

Perfect Location, Plenty of Room

We loved this villa! We decided to come to Hilton Head Island for a beach getaway for Thanksgiving. It had plenty of room for us, our two adult children, our young daughter, and our pup! We liked being backed up to greenery, steps from the pool, and a short walk to the beach. The place was well-equipped, clean, and very comfortable. Wendover Dunes is definitely the place to be in Hilton head Island! Thank you Island Getaways for helping to make this last-minute decision one of our best vacations ever.

June 2020 Stay

The property is great. Island getaways was extremely customer focused. A couple minor maintenance issues (lightbulbs) and they sent someone to replace them right away. Great location.

Dirty and too many issues with this unit.

The unit was very dirty with many items needing repairs including 2 broken chairs, toilet seat broken off, shower bench, table, coffee pot. Very old appliances that barely worked, dishwasher, washer/ dryer. We literally called 5 times on repairs and not once did the person show up with mask or gloves. The place was infested with bugs too, definitely not on a regular exterminator rotation. All my complaints feel on def ears too. I don’t recommend staying in this unit!

November 2017 Stay

This was a wonderful condo and a wonderful location for our stay. It was convenient to the many amenities and restaurants on the island. It was a short walk to the beach and pool. Both us and our dogs loved the condo’s screened in porch. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone!

M.M. - Atlanta, GA

This was the most comfortable place we have stayed at on our annual beach vacation! Spacious, more so than you can see from the pictures. Also very quiet - didn't hear any neighbors. Very clean and well equipped. The owner was very helpful, and the check in procedure with Island Getaway is the best - no need to go to an office and check in, no keys to worry about! We really enjoyed it. Thanks for allowing us and our family (including dogs) to stay there! We love Hilton Head and Palmetto Dunes, this is a great location.

Spring 2010 Vacation

This has been my second visit to this particular property. In both cases, we have found it to be very well maintained and extremely clean. The property is very spacious, well located, a short walk to the beach, just as advertised. The property owner is very easy to work with as well as the rental agency who handles the local management of the property. In summary, both of my experiences have been A+ and would anticipate renting this property in the future.
