  • Welcome to paradise! Shorewood unit 108 is just steps to the beach!!! As you enter this ground floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom oceanfront villa, you will be greeted by a breath-taking panoramic views of the ocean. This fully updated and newer to the market villa is fully stocked and ready for you to enjoy. The kitchen has plenty of cabinetry, brand new appliances including washer and dryer, and is fully furnished for your convenience. The spacious and open living room offers generous amount of sunlight, 60” smart TV, games for the whole family, two arm chairs, a sofa, love seat, and a separate entrance to the balcony. Enjoy your morning sunrise from the master suite featuring sliding glass door that opens to the balcony, king size bed, TV, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom boast 2 full size beds and a TV. You will also find another bathroom in the hallway with a tub/shower combination. The outside balcony is wonderful and will bring you lots of peace and joy while you enjoy the breeze of the ocean. There is plenty of room on the grass for the children to run around while you sit back and relax.

    Shorewood is a gated community in the South Forest Beach area and offers great amenities, has beautifully landscaped grounds with walkways that lead to the gated beach. The zero-entry oceanfront pool is seasonally heated, offers plenty of lounge chairs and pool toys. Additionally you can soak in the hot tub or have your children enjoy the baby pool. No need to walk far, as the restrooms and showers are close to the pool. There is plenty of parking available with easy access to the condo. The trash closet is right outside of your unit therefore no need to walk far.

    Just steps away to the most popular beach on the island, famous Coligny Plaza known for wonderful restaurants, shopping and entertainment and of course the beautiful and newly built Lowcountry Celebration Park that offers wonderful activities for the whole family.
