Perfect for a romantic retreat or a small family getaway, this renovated villa features a Queen bed with a new mattress and a Queen sleeper sofa with a gel memory foam mattress for added comfort. Take morning walks, soak up the sun, or unwind with an evening stroll—your perfect beach escape awaits! 🌊☀️🏝️

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

Our villa is located in Seaside, an oceanfront complex about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and the Tiki Hut. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street, it is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. located but not overcrowded. Walking distance to many Restaurants, Shops, entertainment and grocery stores. Between biking and walking, you really don't need to drive anywhere unless you want to explore other parts of the island. We provide 2 beach bikes for your use.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Great Fall Break Getaway

This condo was perfect for us to get away to the beach for a few days! It isnt a far walk to the beach and certainly close enough to ealk to restaurants. Free bike rentals was an added bonus! Definitely would recommend!!!

Perfect Villa, perfect location!

This Villa was exactly as described, and more! The Villa was very quaint and comfortable for my husband and I. The hosts made us feel very welcome and we really enjoyed the bikes that were available for our use. The Villa is just a short walk to the Beach. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

This place is so cute and cozy. The owner really thought of every little detail when it comes to a beach trip. There were such nice little touches as well. You can walk to restaurants less than a mile away. The beach was very nice and clean as well.

Perfect beach getaway

We recently stayed at this perfect beach condo, and it exceeded all our expectations! Located right off the beach, the condo offered ocean views and immediate beach access. The amenities were fantastic, including fully equipped kitchens, comfortable bed, and even bikes for exploring the area. The property was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The host was responsive and ensured we had a great stay. We highly recommend this beach condo and can't wait to return!

Couple's getaway

My husband and I stayed for six nights. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. We parked our car when we arrived and did not move it til we left. We rode the bikes that were furnished everyday, whether it was on the beach or to a restaurant. The villa is nicely furnished and everything that was needed for the beach waa provided.. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Race Weekend

We come into HHI for the many half marathons through out the year. This was our first time at a VRBO, what a great unit. Close to everything, beautiful ocean views, walking distance to the beach. The unit itself was perfect, very clean, and very well stocked . We will be back!

The Perfect Place! 5 stars!

This condo was just as described….stunning. The owners have put a lot of work into making it a beautiful beach home. It ranked superior in cleanliness. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for cooking, coffee, etc. The view of the beach was amazing. It’s a quiet property that is still within walking distance of Coligny Park. The bikes were a bonus, too. I would definitely return to this property. Check-in was a breeze, and the hosts were great with communication. A, 5 stars all the way!
