Come prepared to relax in this peaceful, ocean setting. From our enclosed lanai you see the lush landscape of the spa~the lagoon, outdoor pool, and ocean transform you into vacation mode. This private, gated community provides 24/7 security, 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, hot tub, exercise room, tennis court, shuffleboard, and play area for children.
Our villa is in the building closest to the amazing, renourished beach of Port Royal Sound. It is 50 short steps from the beach, pier, and wildlife. Walk the natural tidal beach or pier, search for shells, dig for clams, and view wildlife. Rest on the swings facing the Atlantic Ocean in this private location.
Our place is fully furnished & equipped. The living room has a comfy couch that opens into a queen-size bed. It also has a large flat screen TV. The dining room flows from the living room providing seating for 6. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, utensils, pots & pans, cookie sheets, coffee maker with liners, carafe, toaster, blender, salt & pepper. Appliances include refrigerator, stove, microwave, & dishwasher. All soaps, dishtowels & paper products are provided. A washer and dryer, laundry soap & basket, ironing board & iron will assist your laundry needs.
The master bedroom has a queen bed with a firm, supportive mattress. Pillows, linens & blankets provided.There is also a flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. The on-suite full bath has a tub, shower & towels.
Bedroom #2 or guest room, has 2 twin beds, 2 dressers, a small flat screen TV with a DVD player. A second full bath with tub, shower & towels is available.
Extra items for your enjoyment in the condo are beach toys, beach chairs, indoor games, books, and informational pamphlets.
The Spa is conveniently located to area restaurants, supermarkets, the airport, movie theater, and general shopping areas. We have provided an information book with detailed descriptions, maps to places & activities on Hilton Head Island.

Beautiful location

We enjoyed our stay at Serenity on the Sound. The condo was very clean when we arrived. Access to the beach on the sound was great, and the grounds were beautiful. Bob and Debbie were so good with communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Much needed relaxing property

The location and property exceeded our expectations. Bob and Debbie were available, but they could add little to our stay as everything was in place. Our kids loved the closeness to the pool(s) and the beach, and we enjoyed how quiet the property was. Will consider the same property if returning to Hilton Head.

Anniversary get away

We have stayed at this location before and will plan to again the next time we head down for our anniversary. This location couldn’t be any better to fit our needs. We got a few glances of the resident Eagle this year as we left. Conveniently located to restaurants and the island winery (love)! The owners are always very responsive to any questions we may have.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We loved everything about the location. Secluded, not busy and super close to the beach. The condo looks out to the pool which was great to keep an eye on the kids. The condo was clean and cozy and had everything you would expect. We would definitely return.

Condo is a bit outdated but overall comfortable. The owner is great to work with but the HOA is not good at dealing with owners request for service.

Nice not great!

The condo is nice. The average rented out and abused weekly beach condo. Everything you need for your week and the owners are very nice. Communication throughout the entire process and week to make sure there were not any issues. The “beach” part of this property not my style. When the tide is out everyday it is half a mile walk to water or better thru parts of mud and muck. Lots of crabs and LOTS of jellyfish! Not really a beach for little ones I would think. Also a cat habitat next property. Feral cats roam thru the parking lot. Property also set in lots of trees which brings lots of bugs. I did see the bug guy spray one day, but the south has more bugs, spiders, lizards, etc. Outdoor pool is directly behind condo which was nice.

Robert was an excellent host and we were treated like royalty by him.

There was a small issue when we checked in. I called Robert and it was taken care of within 15 minutes. You can't make a better choice than to rent this property to relax and enjoy your vacation time. The rental manager that Bob employs even stopped back on the first day of our stay to make sure that everything was to out liking. Kudos to someone who actually cares that your trip is a pleasant one. Thanks again Robert we will be back

At the Beach

We had to wait at the gate because the person said my name and guest was not on the registry as guest. The line was getting long for cars that wanted to enter so I had to pull over. Finally, after giving him my ID and getting out of the car,,we finally got our Pass. Carolyn

Great Place

The whole complex is nice and well kept. The unit was clean and located close to the beach. Just a few minute drive to get to other places near by. We would stay again if we went back to HHI. The only downfall was the beach and that is no part the unit owners fault. When the tide was in, there really wasn’t a place for the kids to play due to the sticks washed up on the beach. My kids only went out when the tide was low and you could walk out really far. Sunsets in the area was gorgeous!!! We seen many ocean wildlife such as horseshoe crabs, jellyfish, small crabs and a few big crabs.

Serene area of Hilton Head

Our 1st time visit to Hilton Head was wonderful. From the beginning to the end, we had great communication with Bob, the owner. The condo, first floor, was well stocked with dishes, glassware, paper products, etc. Everything was in working order, i.e. appliances, showers TV, WIFI, etc. There was also a very informative binder we found very useful. We also had the opportunity to "break in" the new living room furniture. The dining room set also appeared to be fairly new. The outside had beautiful landscaping and it was well kept and clean outside. We had great water views of the sound and the ocean beyond. An added bonus was all the wonderful wildlife we got to see and hear. We would love to return, hopefully later in the spring when it's warmer.

Perfect location

Loved the condo and the location on the sound short drive to public beaches and restaurants as well as shopping and the Coastal Discovery Museum. Parking was the only issue but it was just a minor one. The security at the front gate were also all so welcoming and friendly. Would definitely book here again.

Wonderful stay

The property was exactly as advertised. Very close to the beach, great beach access, right by the pool and grill area. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. Beds were comfortable. And the best part about this property was the amazing hosts! Bob and Debbie were inviting, welcoming, respectful, communicative, and super helpful! We had a lovely time. The price was a great value as well.

Vacation Getaway

Enjoyed our family stay. The condo is plenty big enough for a small family. It has easy access to the pools and a short walk to the beach. The enclosed patio was nice and had views of the ocean. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the unit. The condo was well stocked with everything you needed for cooking meals.
