The cozy space includes a Queen bed in the bedroom, bunks for children, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Fully stocked for your stay with a modern kitchen, full bath, and Smart TV, plus views of the pool from the front door and quick beach access just steps away. Walk to dining, shopping, and entertainment at Coligny Plaza!

Location Highlights: Just 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and entertainment. A short walk to Lowcountry Celebration Park with its playgrounds, events, and outdoor fitness trail. The gated, oceanfront complex includes access to a pool, sundeck, and direct beach access, ensuring a perfect coastal getaway. Full access to the condo, pool, sundeck, beach access, and the gated parking lot.

We have many great streaming apps included such as HBO, Max basic, ESPN, Disney+, Hulu, Fox One, AMC+, and Peacock.

Please note, only 1 parking pass is available for guests, and the lot has spaces for up to 2 cars under the building. Whether you’re here to relax on the beach, explore Hilton Head’s attractions, or just enjoy the view from your patio, this condo offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience!

The property was very clean. Had all the essentials needed. Nice view of the ocean from the 3rd floor so you are able to get a great view of the ocean. The owners get back to you very quickly with any concerns and go above and beyond to make sure you have a excellent stay. The owner definitely went above our expectations. I will definitely stay again. The owners seem to really care about your stay. I am still in awwww at the way we were treated. Absolutely amazing stay! Thank you! We will be back! It was raining our entire stay and we still had a wonderful time!

Real Review

If you are looking for a condo close to restaurants, the beach, and other things to do within walking distance, this is a great choice. The owners are accommodating and helpful. The condo is clean and semi-updated. We had really good weather so it worked out. The other side is that the condo is small. So if you have bad weather or for some reason enjoy just staying inside, there is not a lot of space. They do have a lot of channels to choose from, and my kids were happy. Also, the public beach access is right through the center of the parking lot. It is a gated parking lot and easy access, but it makes for a lot more people on the beach than just the residents of the complex.

Great location, ocean views, perfect for a family!

This is the second time we have stayed at this particular condo, but the first time in this unit. We really like the location. It is walking distance to the Tiki Bar without being over crowded. This unit is on the top floor so it has some great views of the ocean. It is perfect for a family of 4- has everything you need! Great trip!

Overall a nice stay

Very cozy. The kitchen was really small and hard to maneuver around. Probably best suited for 2-4 guests. Short walk to the beach and close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

Very nice property, clean, great view of the beach, ac works great (perfect for the hot summer)and location was great. Close to everything needed and has it's own walkway to the beach! Easy and quick communication with owner.

Great Location

Great location! Short walk to the beach. Great view, close to pool, close to walk and rent bikes. Close to shopping and restaurants. We had a great time. Condo was as described and fit my Husband and I and our daughter perfectly. Couch and bed were comfy! Loved the view of the ocean and loved could walk out door and see pool. Perfect location.

i miss read the highlight about the 22 renovation i thought it meant the condo as a whole . But the view was great and the bed was clean . Had a great time .

The checkin process was easy. The unit is small, there were two of us and it was tight. The beach is lovely. The couch needs to be replaced, as it is worn. Condo is warm as the A/C cannot keep it cool and is noisy. Location is good

This is a great condo that is close to the beach and is just right for a couple or small family. We love the bright decor and the view of the ocean from the balcony. Booking and check in were very convenient, and the owner was very helpful with any questions I had. Will definitely stay here again!
