Reel Paradise-Beautiful escape! Bikes & Chairs

Wake up to ocean views, walk to the beach, and ride along the coast on free bikes. Our cozy villa is made for couples, beach lovers, and nature seekers. Fully equipped kitchen, balcony, beach gear, and walkable to shops and restaurants. Book your coastal escape now!

Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.
Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

We really enjoyed the location. The condo was well decorated and clean. The only thing that would have made it perfect was the ac unit wasnt running very cold. Would be a concern staying there during the summer months. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent place to stay when visiting Hilton Head

We absolutely loved this Villa. It was clean and had everything you could possibly need. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, cooler and even a wagon to put it all in for going to the beach. They also supplied any kitchen item you may need, toaster, coffee pot and pots and pans, along with dishes cups and silverware. It was like being in your own home. It was a great place to stay!

Perfect getaway

We enjoyed the stay on HHI. This particular place was quiet and convenient to all we wanted. Rode the bikes, walked on the beach, read books to relax. Slept great, enjoyed the big tv as well as the kitchen and views from the deck.

The condo was a little smaller than we expected but was great for just the 2 of us and very clean. It’s within a short walk to coligny plaza for breakfast, coffee, dinner and groceries. Very easy to get to once on island and only a short drive to sea pines.

Exactly As Described

The condo is exactly as described on VRBO. It was perfect for our Anniversary celebration. The Condo location is perfect and very near to all shopping and dining district in Coligny. Beautiful sunrises and daily dolphin sightings. You can walk or bike everywhere! We would stay again! Thank you to Kendall Kline our host who even left beautifully designed Anniversary Cookies from a nearby Bakery! Kendall was an amazing host and was easy tocommunicate with.

Everything about the stay was easy! Especially access to the beach (which can be difficult in Hilton Head). The owner was responsive and good to work with. When we come back to Hilton Head we will stay here again!

Great little getaway place...

The space was great for me and my parents to get away for a quick overnight trip. It was clean and the television was large and perfect for my dad who is not a beach fan. The wagon and chairs available were great for my mom and I to use at the beach. I would stay here again!

Overall, the property and it's location in Coligny Beach was great. It appears that it was recently updated. With that said, the unit could have been cleaned better. There was dirt and dust along the floorboards and crumbs on the table and chairs. The biggest issue is the air leak around the front door and the HVAC unit which meant the A/C unit was constantly turning on and off 24/7.

Great weekend getaway!

We had a great visit to South Forest Beach. The property management team was super helpful and communicated often! They even brought us a larger coffee maker since my husband and I are big coffee drinkers. The unit is clean, had everything we needed and was well maintained! There is one air conditioning unit in the living area so we plugged in the fans provided as we like it super cold when we sleep! Easy walk to the beach and was so nice to have bikes provided. Thank you Kendall for helping us have a great weekend getaway!

Perfect getaway

This was an amazing place to stay. Very nicely decorated. It was so clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. They had beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and a wagon to haul all our belongings to the beach. That was a huge bonus. The beach is like a 2 minute walk. You could see the ocean from our balcony. It was such a beautiful beach. Perfect for walking in the mornings. The hosts were great and so easy to communicate with. Very friendly. This was a perfect place for me and my husband. We will definitely be back. I would highly recommend!!
