Only a 5-7 minute walk to the beach, this is Sea Pines living at its finest! If you're in search of the perfect coastal retreat, look no further than our lovely 4-bedroom home with marsh views near Hilton Head’s world-famous beaches. The beach path is right across the street from this idyllic sanctuary, which offers a seamless blend of natural beauty, modern comfort, and a truly peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

FLOOR PLAN
The entry of this home is up a flight of stairs with a front porch, perfect to catch the morning sun. Upon entry you are greeted with gorgeous marsh views through the oversized living room windows. There are three floors of living space to enjoy. The living room is open to the dining room and kitchen. The open floor plan of this great room is perfect for any group. There are two main level bedrooms, one downstairs, and one upstairs.

LIVING ROOM
The living room has two large leather sofas, an arm chair, a recliner, and a bench to fit everyone comfortably around the decorative fireplace. In this room you will also find a side table with three stools for additional seating. The living room has access to the screened in porch through a sliding glass door.

DINING ROOM
The dining room features a beautiful wooden table with seating for eight. From the dining room there is access to the small deck that houses the grill and a couple of chairs to relax in while monitoring the outdoor cooking.

KITCHEN
The updated kitchen is a chef's dream! It features double sinks on opposite ends of the kitchen, double ovens, gas range, warming drawer, separate beverage fridge and a Keurig coffee maker. Just off the kitchen is a small office area, with just enough privacy.

BEDROOM 1
The first bedroom has a king bed, TV, and a bathroom with shower/tub combo. This bathroom has a shared hall entry.

BEDROOM 2
The second bedroom also has a king bed, TV, slider to the screened porch with marsh views and a walk-through closet to the private bath with a large walk-in shower and double vanity.

BEDROOM 3
The third bedroom is upstairs with two twin beds and a half bath.

BEDROOM 4
The fourth bedroom is downstairs and has a king bed. Guests will use the hall bath with a large walk-in shower.

DOWNSTAIRS DEN
Also on this lower level is a cozy den with a large TV, sofa and a reading chair and ottoman. There is also a door leading directly to the pool and yard. The layout of this home lends itself perfectly to multi-family living.

OUTDOOR SPACE
The screened in porch has a smart TV and a staircase leading down to the pool area.

The backyard is dreamy. Watch the wildlife and sunsets while you float in the pool or lounge with a book! The large lagoon shape pool is the perfect place to spend your lazy summer evenings after a long day on the beach and the yard has plenty of space for yard games! Bring your poles to toss a line in the water during high tide. This beautiful home has it all!

*Electric pool heat available for an additional fee. Pool heat requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date to ensure the best service. Please note it can take up to 72 hours to heat the pool. Electric Spa heat is complimentary.

Excellent experience overall! House was beautiful! Plenty of space. Slight mishap at check in…no call to let us know the house was ready…but rental company was friendly and attentive! Overall excellent experience. Can’t wait to rebook!
