「Although we had an overall good experience I wanted to mention some things for others to consider. 1. There’s no AC on the hallways, it’s not enclosed so to speak. 2. I could hear the elevator from my room or full conversations in the hall, walls are thin. 3. Breakfast situation was not ideal, also no AC, very crowded, (what I believe to be cross contamination), and did not meet my expectation of other Holiday Inn Express experiences.」

「The location was great. The pool was nice and so was the daily live music. The staff that checks you in can be a bit friendlier and a bit more helpful. Housekeeping, we had them come in 2x to take out the garbage but they didn’t even attempt to make the bed or give us more toilet paper or tissues. I definitely recommend this hotel but I do think that certain things can be tweaked. Please note there is a $35 per day resort fee.」
