Flip Flop Paradise-Steps to the Sand! Free Bikes

Stylish, sunny, and just steps from the beach! This beautifully renovated villa features ocean views from the balcony, a sleek granite kitchen, and all-new furnishings. Sleep comfortably with a queen bed in the bedroom, a fold-out sleeper in the living room, and cozy bunks for small children in the hall. Enjoy smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom. Walk to Coligny Plaza, the Tiki Hut, shops, and dining. Beach chairs and 2 bikes included for the perfect island escape!

Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.
Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Hilton Head Gem

Property has all one needs for a relaxing getaway. Unit is clean, and well appointed. No need to bring beach towels because there are some in the unit. Additionally there are beach chairs along with an umbrella. Beach is a short walk down a wooden boardwalk. When you return there are showers and foot washing areas to rinse. Restaurants are also a short walk up the street. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back soon.

We enjoyed the unit and the bikes on a nice fall weekend. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is limited and cookware wasn’t great, but good enough to make it work. Awesome location, the bikes might have been a little rusty but work on the beach.

Great little condo

I booked this place for a girls trip, my closest friend, and I. It was exactly as advertised. Small but great view of the beach. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We liked how close it was to the beach and how convenient it was to restaurants and other activities. Would highly recommend it but it is small. Perfect for a couple or in our case two friends one who is willing to sleep on the sofa bed.
