Welcome to our beautiful direct oceanfront Breakers 213 condo. Enjoy the expansive ocean views from our balcony. Our condo features a full size kitchen with breakfast bar, one bedroom (queen bed), one bathroom and living room with lazy boy queen sleeper sofa. New stainless appliances, tile backsplash and kitchen faucet in November 2021. Also freshly painted and new trim work.

The Breakers complex is located in Forest Beach on the ocean and across the street from Coligny Plaza. Coligny has over 60 stores and restaurants and also a grocery store. This location makes it easy to park your car for your entire stay with the beach and pool a few steps away and with Coligny Plaza across the street. Our full size equipped kitchen makes it easy to enjoy a meal in.

The Breakers has an oceanfront pool and kiddie pool.

The Breakers condos are approximately 520 sq ft. Our floor plan packs a lot in this small space. Our condo is a perfect vacation for a couple or a small family. We do not recommend 2 couples or 4 adults. There is built in storage around the bed but no closet.

****Per the regime each unit is allowed 1 parking space.
****Strictly no pets. The Breakers regime does not allow pets so no exceptions for pets.
****Our condo is strictly no smoking including balcony
**** Breakers regime also does not allow smoking in common areas, this includes pool and boardwalk to beach

Check-in was a breeze and Kim’s directions were easy to follow to find The Breakers and get parking.Condo was clean and updated, and the bed was very comfortable. Best part was the view from the balcony. Sipping coffee in the morning and cocktails before dinner, looking directly out at the ocean is the best.We spent all our time on the beach, and the provided cooler backpack was a nice surprise! Two small beach chairs are also provided, so we rented a wagon to haul gear and an umbrella to provide some shade. The kitchen is well appointed with anything you’d need to make a meal, but we ate out for lunch and dinner so we didn’t do any cooking. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

The villa had everything we needed for the week. It was very comfortable for 2 people. We love the convenient access to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The owner was available whenever we had a question. We’d definitely stay here again.

The property was as described, the kitchen was stocked with essentials and some if someone wanted to cook. I did not. The oceanfront view was fantastic. Check in was very easy and communicating with Kim was effortless.

Great condo, beautiful views with excellent location.

My wife and I had such a great stay in this wonderful condo with beautiful ocean front views. The condo was very clean with an ideal set-up including a full-size kitchen fully stocked with everything you would need. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of storage for your clothes. Kim was so easy to work with and responded very promptly to our emails before and during our stay. There is so much to do in this area that you might not ever need to use your car. We could have not asked for more in a condo and we are looking forward to a return stay!!
