We are All about details, so while the villa is convenient to Coligny, private, clean and upgraded, I have to only give 4 stars due to details. Sheets and towels: consider upgrading from a motel feel and experience, along with shower curtain. The couch was small for the space and not comfortable to linger and lounge. While we understand neighbors can’t be managed, TV next store ran constantly and had the low hum of voices that created such a difficult atmosphere to truly rest in the Master room.

Perfect HHI property

This place was gorgeous, quiet, private and more spacious than we were expecting. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and the knives were sharp! (A common issue I normally have at vacation rentals). The beds were very comfortable and the AC kept up with the heat and humidity so we were cool and comfortable. We did have a few issues during our stay. 1. The parking pass was not where it was supposed to be so we spent most of our first morning stressing about getting a ticket and trying to communicate with the host to find a new pass.2. We got locked out for about 1.5 hrs bc the battery in the fancy electric lock died. Had to wait for maintenance and again try to communicate with the host just through messaging3. The host was helpful and communicated with us but not quickly. We’d been locked out for 90 minutes with our toddler in the heat before she told us there was a master key hidden in a lockbox. There’s a phone number provided upon checking in as well, but seemed pointless because she never answered the phone, and would only slowly respond through VRBO messaging.Overall, we did have a great time, the place was lovely and we’d recommend it, just would hope there’d be some improvements in host communication for others. Or better yet, just be able to enjoy your trip and not have to message the host multiple times during your stay! We just rode bikes the whole week we were there and the location couldn’t have been better. 5 min ride to the beach
