This beautifully designed and decorated villa is located in Villamare in the prestigious Palmetto Dunes Resort.

Our condo has been fully renovated with new kitchen cabinets, stunning quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances (including refrigerator with ice maker), stove, microwave, dishwasher and full-sized washer and dryer. Coffee from either a conventional drip machine or Keureg pod system is available. All new furniture and beautiful new floors.

The living area features beautiful mix of views of the ocean, the courtyard water fountain and pool with all new furniture, a 65" flat panel Samsung smart TV with access to all of your technology comforts from home. The dining area seats six comfortably. Relax on the balcony or enjoy your dinner while looking out to the ocean.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a 46” flat-screen TV, garden tub and walk-in tiled shower. There is a balcony located off of the master bedroom and living room with seating for four in a peaceful setting.

The guest bedroom features two queen beds, private bath with tiled shower. There is also a 32" flat-screen TV and a private balcony separate from the master/living room.

Complimentary high speed wifi is included offering 200+ Mbs of speed at 5G (2G access is also available) which is enough to satisfy all the guest’s broadband needs.

This villa has beautiful combination of views of the ocean, grounds and pool. It is steps to the beach, olympic sized outdoor pool, toddler pool, hot tub, sundecks and grilling area. The complex also has an indoor pool, sauna steps away from the entrance to the villa, hot tub and newly renovated fitness center.

Please note: Guests are not allowed to bring pets onto the property. Villamare has a very strict dog policy and any infractions are subject to fine by Property Management.

Covered parking is located under the building with direct access to 2 elevators. Luggage carts available for transport to and from your car to with keyless access to the villa for convenience.

Safety and security is provided by Palmetto Dunes gated and manned security access gate.

Walking distance to bike rentals, restaurants and the acclaimed General Store (offering a memorable breakfast and must-try fried chicken), Palmetto Dunes Tennis and Pickleball courts and offers 24 Pickleball courts (with daily Round Robin match play and a host of educational and training sessions) and 19 tennis courts for daytime or lighted nighttime play.

Palmetto Dunes also has an 11 mile lagoon for canoeing and kayaking and a bike path with under-ground access to Shelter Cove restaurants/bars/shops - all minutes away. Villamare is exceptionally located with a beautiful sanded wide beach offering stunning unforgettable morning sunrise experiences.

The Villamare grounds are beautifully landscaped with lush, tropical plantings, curved walkways and water features. The outdoor grounds also feature a grill area with relaxing areas for sitting and taking in the view.

We take great pride in our villa and your comfort during your stay. We are always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. We purchased this villa in July 2022. The existing reservations through March are all under VRBO # 1286513 which you’ll find all the reviews from prior guests. We just returned from our first family vacation in our new home and we loved vacationing here with our family. We understand your needs and have taken great pains in making sure you enjoy your stay. We loved our morning strolls on the beach watching the sunrise, daily plays at the tennis court, afternoons on the beach and culinary adventures through the island. Villamare is a great central spot to call home. We are sure you’ll enjoy it as much as we did.

We include 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella and a small beach toy set for any of the younger future travelers.

We have engaged a local cleaning company to ensure your villa is clean and in working order when you arrive. We also have an inspector come in AFTER it is cleaned to pick up anything that can have potentially been missed.

A welcome packet is provided approx. 30 days prior to your arrival date. It includes directions to the villa, Carolyn’s contact information should you need anything during your stay; a Palmetto Dunes Resort map and a list of Hilton Head restaurants/shopping.
