Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

401 Windsor Place is a beautifully appointed villa in Palmetto Dunes with ocean views! Start your vacation memories today!

As you walk through the front door to be greeted with the ocean view, the light shines across the open-plan layout. An attractive living room provides a queen-sized sleeper sofa for additional guests and two swivel chairs. Ample seating for dining is provided with six chairs at the dining table and three stools at the kitchen bar. Tastefully decorated, this villa has granite counter tops and tile floors in the kitchen. Off of the kitchen is a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.

The primary suite has a king bed, and the updated ensuite features a double vanity, a large soaking tub, and a separate glass shower. On the other side of the villa is the guest bedroom, which has two twin beds. Relax and enjoy the wonderful views from the balcony, which connects to the living room balcony. The second bathroom, located in the hallway just off the guest bedroom, has a large walk-in shower.

The balcony overlooks a gorgeous grass yard with palm trees, lagoons, and lush tropical landscaping. Sit back and enjoy the wonderful view of the ocean and the serene landscape.

Winsdor Place Sun Seekers

Lovely accomodations with ocean views and plenty of sunshine from triple aspect corner unit windows. I didn't give cleanliness 5 stars because of the worn and spotted carpet. Owner is aware as I see from previous posts; they indicate that they are planning to replace it. Looking forward to booking again next year.

We really enjoyed this property. Spacious and comfortable unlike some smaller properties on the island. Our only complaint is no blackout or room darkening shades in bedrooms. If you are an early riser you’re awake at daybreak. Part of our vacation is getting caught up on sleep. Not so much this trip.

Decent vacation

The condo was well stocked. Pretty clean although there were some stains on bedding in guest room and two nose leavings on the wall in guest room. WiFi was incredibly slow. The pool was not well maintained and rather dirty. The size of the condo was good. Laundry room and appliances were good.

Great remodel & location!

Fully equipped except for bedside clocks. If you use your phone or watch to check the time at night, you won’t miss them. Kitchen had everything we needed. When ironing board couldn’t be found, the rental agency was quick to provide. Elevator was down all week which wasn’t great for a fourth floor unit. In addition, the water was off from 9-4:30 one day due to a meter replacement. However, Island Time HHI informed us of both in advance (others who had a different rental agency informed the agency!). Great customer service by Island Time HHI. Enjoyed the stay!

Nice vacation spot

I had a wonderful time with my family at this vacation rental. Great location and the beach was amazing! The rental was good overall but definitely needs a deep clean including fans, kitchen cabinets, and fridge. Also the exterminator came while we were there and once they sprayed a ton of bugs came out of nowhere which was odd. None were found in the home thankfully! Great time!

Wonderful stay!!

Condo was super clean and so roomy! I loved the big soaker tub and the shower was so big and roomy! We just loved everything about the condo/villa! Island Time was wonderful to work with! Everything was on spot! Can’t wait to come back!

Nice room and location. Room had a little musty smell when you first walked in but otherwise fine. A couple days the pool was green looking and needed cleaned. You could tell when pool maintainence had been done. We would rent again.

Clean Condo with great views

Well appointed condo with fully stocked beautiful kitchen. Large washer and dryer. Perfect for a family who enjoys a little elbow room and enjoys cooking. The beds were comfortable with comfortable bedding. Large beautifully tiled showers, and I LOVED the soaking tub! The main reason I chose this property! The only thing I would recommend would be a few plasticware type drinking cups for the younger crowd. Under a 5 minute walk to the beach. Beach is large and clean. We rented beach going equipment such as umbrella, chairs, cooler, beach buggy and bikes which were waiting for us upon arrival. Two nice swimming pools, but we were at the beach mostly. Palmetto Dunes is a lovely area with large, mostly shaded sidewalks to walk or ride your bikes. Enjoyed renting kayaks one day as well. Boys enjoyed biking, surf fishing, pickle ball and going to the General Store multiple times a day! Would recommend!

Excellent

The only issue we discovered was last two days of stay, the water was turned off at showers by beach access. Because we could not rinse sand off after being on beach, it was difficult not tracking sand into unit.

Even better than the pictures!

Our family of three (2 adults and 14 yo) thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The place is lovely and even nicer than the pictures. The property grounds were also well-maintained. The location of the unit was very convenient to the community pool, beach, stairs and elevator. It was easy to walk back from the beach, throw our sandy beach chairs in the car and then go to the condo. Management was called a few times for wasp nests on the balcony and the responsiveness and communication was impressive, especially since it was over a busy holiday season. The check-in/check-out was seamless. We will most definitely be back!
