This beautifully updated 3 bedroom, first floor corner villa offers stunning ocean views from every room and was thoughtfully refreshed in 2026. Updates include new furnishings in the living and dining areas, updated flooring throughout the main living space, and a brightened kitchen featuring freshly painted cabinetry for a clean coastal feel.

Nicely decorated with coastal-inspired décor, this villa creates a relaxing and inviting atmosphere throughout. With three private balconies, you will enjoy seamless indoor-outdoor living and multiple spaces to take in the ocean breeze.

The living room features a Smart HDTV and opens to the primary balcony, complete with high-top seating for four and breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and Villamare’s newly updated community pool.

Villamare has completed a multi-million-dollar pool renovation, creating a luxury beachfront experience with upgraded amenities. Highlights include a saltwater main pool and spa for families, a tranquil adults-only pool for guests 21 and older, and a year-round heated indoor pool and spa. Additional features include a modern fitness center, sauna, renovated restrooms, oceanview sun decks, gas grilling stations, and a cozy fire pit. Guests also enjoy private beach access, covered and uncovered parking, and elevator access to all floors. Outdoor pools are heated from March 15 to May 1 and October 15 to December 1, while the indoor pool and hot tub are heated year-round.

Beautiful Unit but kitchen furnishings needs updating

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit and location are just perfect. However, the kitchen was very disappointing. The coffee pot is small and so old. Pots and pans need replacing. There were only 4 coffee mugs and a few small non-matching wine glasses.

3133 Villamare Oceanfront Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is a three bedroom oceanfront condo. Each bedroom has its own full bath and private balcony access. The location is wonderful. However, much of the Villamare facility is not in good repair. For example, the outside stairwells had rusty and damaged steel support members. The inside stairwells were dirty and need to be painted. Hand rails and guard rails were dingy and desperately needs paint. Many of the entrance doors (and windows adjacent to the doors) to the condos were in poor shape and door/window frames were rusty. The floors and walkways leading to the condos were uneven. The pool was very clean. The caretaker for the pool was very attentive and spent a significant amount of time cleaning. The rest rooms at the pool were remodeled recently and were in good shape. In my opinion, the Villamare facility is aged and does not warrant a premium status because of lack of general upkeep. The condo unit itself was disappointing. The unit (3133) was in poor repair. The showers were recently updated but the furniture was worn, dirty and uncomfortable. The walls need to be painted. The toilet in the bedroom adjacent to the kitchen ran after flushing and often times required us to remove the lid to the tank and manually flip down the flapper valve. The patio furniture was cheap and flimsy. The kitchen utensils were very cheap, old and worn. Some dishes, bowls and cups were chipped. The kitchen sink faucet was worn. The door to the closet holding the washer and dryer kept falling off its track. The bed linens were worn and fitted poorly. The kitchen did not have a Keurig coffee maker (had an old style drip type). We cleaned some doors and walls after we gained access. This unit is certainly not worth the price paid and the information on the website does not accurately describe the general condition of the unit and it’s furnishings. There are much better options in Palmetto Dunes especially at the price point.

The rental property is in need of some updates / a month in this unit was too long - the furniture was not very comfortable - the shower curtains were terrible - falling down while in the shower - the window curtains were difficult to move, one curtain rod fell on my head while trying to open the curtains. There is literally no cabinet storage for food - most things we bought had to be placed on the counter - for a three bedroom unit we felt that was pretty bad. I would not rent this unit again.

The kitchen was not well stocked with basic items....only 6 plates, cups, etc....holes in sheetrock (MB bath); 60 watt bulbs in all lamps-even 3 ways=very dim lighting; poorly insulated; and heat was poorly distributed throughout the unit. One bedroom would be freezing cold and another would be too warm.....

Kitchen needs improvement

Pictures make it look much larger. Definitely needs storage for groceries, no cabinets available. Maybe a bakers rack or divide the closet into laundry / shelving for groceries. Poorly stock kitchen utensils, 2 teaspoons for example. Sleeps 9 but only has kitchen seating for 8.

Perfect for the whole family!

We slept 5 people in this unit, my in-laws, my 14 month old and my wife and I. The location of this unit was perfect, a view of the Ocean and the pool, and a quick easy walk to either of those as well. We rented bikes, played tennis and pickleball, and played golf at one of the many on-site courses. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful, and I'd highly recommend this resort to anyone! For as large as this unit is, the kitchen felt small with very little space for the amount of food needed to feed a family for a week, but definitely something we were able to work around. We had a wonderful stay.

The villa was decorated cute and the views were amazing. The bike rental was located less than 5 minutes from property. The bike paths go for miles. Thankful for the memories created with my family!

Maintenance was sent, he couldn’t fix it and was supposed to talk with someone. It was freezing in our place, so we had to leave the sliding doors open. I ended up sending another email a day later and they finally fixed the problem after 2 days.

The ease of just having to go down a short flight of steps to the pool, beach or parking lot was very nice. The beach view from 3 locations in the condo gave everyone a chance to watch the ocean and relax. We definitely recommend this condo and will stay there again. Hilton Head Island and the surrounding area is a great place to relax and unwind.
