Located on 2,000 acres of lush island landscapes, this gorgeous condo features prime access to the island's premiere beaches, championship golf and tennis, pickleball, and miles of bike and walking trails in a tranquil setting. This condo is located right off the 18th hole of Robert Trent Jones golf course. Discover a bounty of world-class shops and restaurants at Shelter Cove, a beachfront bar and restaurant at Dunes House. During your stay, you'll also enjoy access to the large community pool and beautifully manicured grounds. The beach, Dunes House and Palmetto Dunes General Store are located just a short walk or bike ride away, with easy access on the paved pathway! Play the most popular sport in the country at the best Pickleball Courts.
The condo is fully outfitted with attractive coastal decor throughout. The living area features laminate flooring, comfortable furnishings, a smart TV, and access to the back deck through sliding doors. The back deck has a dining table and additional patio chairs for alfresco meals or outdoor lounging. The well-equipped kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker. A dedicated workspace is located on the second-floor landing for remote work convenience. Each main bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, while a full bathroom is located downstairs for the bunk room. The unique bunk space features a playful nautical theme that is perfect for kids. Add some fun to your day in the sun with the full cabinet of beach toys!

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Had a great stay. The location is a short walk to beach path and beach was not over crowded. Villa was very nice. We had one issue and it was resolved in a very timely manner. We would stay here again.
