About this property

1st Floor, Updated, 5 min walk to the beach!

  • Recently updated first floor villa with tile floors through main living space. There are three flat screen TVs, one in each bedroom and one in living area with DVD players. Complex has 2 pools and a hot tub. There are multiple clay tennis courts, as well as play areas for the kids. The club house has a ping pong table, corn hole game, and racquet ball courts. Master bedroom has a king size bed and an on suite. The second bedroom has two twin size beds. The sofa pulls out into a full size bed. The patio area has three chairs and over looks one of the play areas and a picnic area.
