OCEANVIEW BUILDING AT A REASONABLE RATE!

Our 2 bedroom /2 bath condo is located in a cozy oceanfront resort.

Stainless appliances, cabinets, granite counter tops, sink, faucet, paint, trim work.

Vanities with granite counter tops, ceramic tile floors, chair height toilets, paint and white trim.

We've added a marble tile surround with shower in the master bath.

We've repainted the condo throughout. Now decorated in the cool beaches colors of sea blue and sunny yellow with all bright white trim work and new 6 panel doors throughout.

DEN FURNISHINGS: sleeper sofa, chair, coffee table, rug, and pictures. Also wall-mounted flat panel LCD TV.

King size bed in Master bedroom, twin beds with brand new mattresses in the 2nd bedroom, and queen sofa sleeper in the den.

Wireless internet.

This 5 story complex with an elevator is just steps away from the best beach on Hilton Head Island with beautiful ocean views from your balcony.

Parking is conveniently located at the front of building and underneath parking at the Hilton. Our complex has it's own boardwalk directly to the beach. Enjoy grilling and eating outdoors on the picnic tables in the courtyard.

The unit was clean and the location is awesome, but it is a little worn. There is paint peeling, a broken towel rod in the master bath and the furniture is not really comfortable.

The stay exceeded expectations for a last minute girls trip to the beach. The location was at the beach, hotel pool access was a perk, and an easy 15 min walk down the beach to enjoy offerings at the Coligny Beach center. It was also a 10-15 min drive to the other spots on HHI where we went to kayak for dolphins and parasailing.

Why Stay Anywhere Else?

We've stayed at this location multiple times and I honestly can't imagine trying another place. The space is comfortable, convenient to everything, and priced reasonably. The hardest part of the decision is what week/month are we going back.

Location of this unit was amazing! We had easy access to the beach, pool, and hot tub. Just a short walk to shopping and dining. The unit is in need of some updates though. The pull out couch mattress was stained, an outlet didn't work, and the towel rod was broken. Some of the utensils in the drawer were dirty and clearly not washed. Everything else was very clean during our stay.

Best part was the access to the beach. Hilton pool and amenities also wonderful. The owners did an excellent job of upgrading an older property with a great master bath shower project and a very nice kitchen renovation. Will use it again.

The place and location was nice. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The pool is heated so it was great for our 1 year old. Although all places are in perfect condition (and I don’t expect them to be) this one needed some maintenance. One our first night there, thé handle to the toilet in the master bath was so loose you had to push it down and hold it down to thoroughly flush properly. I emailed the caretaker, he told me it could be fixed and I could fix it myself. The floors weren’t mopped either. Either your feet were black on the soles of your feet or your socks were. The next day after the pool, I went to hang my toddler’s swim short on the towel rack above the toilet and it fell apart. I once again emailed the caretaker but the never responded back. So great location but I wouldn’t stay here again.
