Golf enthusiasts will love the stunning views of the 9th green of the Ocean Golf Course from the front, and panoramic vistas of the Atlantic Dunes Golf Course from the rear patio. The Plantation Golf Center & Driving Range is just a short walk away.

The main floor features a spacious living room and dining area that opens onto the rear patio, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and a convenient powder room. Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, high-definition TV, a full bath with a large walk-in shower, and a private balcony overlooking the golf course. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, a TV, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower, while the third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, a TV, and a full bath with a shower and tub.

This property is dog-friendly; however, there is a size restriction of 30lbs or less. The pet fee is $125.00 and there is a refundable pet deposit of $250.00 pending no damage to the villa.
