Come enjoy our condo by the Sea. We have done many updates for the 2026 season and know you will enjoy your escape on beautiful Hilton Head Island. There is new paint throughout our condo, new table and chairs on the back deck, new couch, new washer/dryer, new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and also all new bedding for all three beds. We personally use our condo many weeks out of the year and have decorated and stocked it, as we the owners would like to vacation at the Beach.

Our condo is a two story, private entrance, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. The beach is across the street, (South Forest Beach Drive) a few minutes walk with access down a private walkway. There is a beach cabana with bathrooms for condo residents on the walkway at the beach. Our back deck has a grill and table for six with an umbrella overlooking the pool. The pool has several lounge chairs, regular chairs and tables. The bike trail is right out our front door, and connects with the Hilton Head bike path trail system. There are so many fun places to explore and ride to on the Island. We pride ourselves on a clean condo with cute beach décor and everything you need for fun by the sea for your vacation.

There are two queen beds in the front bedroom, with a smaller bathroom, shower only, in the upstairs hall right outside the bedroom. The second bedroom is the master suite and overlooks the pool and tropical foliage. There is a king bed and attached ensuite bath, tub/shower. There are california shutters on the windows in both bedrooms as well as ceiling fans and mounted flat screen smart TVs.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need for cooking or grilling, happy hours, coffee, and enjoying meals and snacks at the condo. The living area has a 55" Smart TV mounted on the wall. There are books, games and puzzles to use when taking a break from the sun.

There are four beach chairs and a beach umbrella to enjoy at the Beach. You only need to bring your own beach towel, bathing suit and flip flops for your day at the beach or pool.

Our condo is located in the highly desirable South Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island. The shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza are a short walk or bike ride away, either down the bike trail or beach. Coligny's new Celebration Park is full of fun for all ages and also a quick walk or bike ride away.

Awesome location! Condo is close to the beach and an awesome pool outside the back deck! Fully stocked kitchen and a ski has beach chairs and beach umbrella. Owners are very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Our second time staying here!

Traci’s condo was the perfect place for our girls beach trip. It was set up with plenty of space and amenities— we especially appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella! And it was just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Traci was full of recommendations and helped answer any questions promptly and thoroughly. Would stay here again!

Getaway weekend

RBC Heritage Weekend

Convenient location for our weekend get away to the RBC Heritage golf tournament. Condo was clean, close to the ocean access, and comfortable. Owners were excellent in communicating all we needed to know and had great suggestions for places to eat, how to get around, etc.

Great stay

We had a great visit to HHI. Traci and Steve’s place is in a great location—very easily walkable to beach, right along bike and walking paths, and very close to grocery and other needs. Our kiddos spent a good bit of time in the pool, too. Great spot.

Great little getaway

The moment we walked in I just knew we would love it. It just smelled clean!! The beds slept great (thst doesn't hsppen often). There was a well stocked kitchen, a new grill we took full advantage of and an outdoor table to enjoy our meal. We had everything we needed for the beach, chairs, umbrellas, etc. Not to mention super close to beach path.

Loved it!

We really enjoyed our visit! It was an easy walk to the beach and the pool was right outside the patio door. We had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was stocked. They even had water in a Brita container so we didn't have to spend money on bottled water. We took their suggestion and got dinner from Stu's Sandwiches and had enough for dinner and lunch the next day. There were several other suggestions from the owner, from things to do and places to eat. We will be back!

Great Location to Beach and Pool

The property was the perfect size for my family and had a great location. The path for the beach was just outside our door and the pool was right off the back deck! The kitchen had all of the cooking items we needed and there were plenty of clean towels to use. The hosts were wonderful with their communication and suggestions for places to eat/visit while on the island.

Had a great stay! Comfortable rooms for my wife and 2 year old. Living area was great and washer/dryer convenient in kitchen. Able to walk to beach and condo had lots of beach equipment. Condo grounds were great with lots of trees and ponds. Loved our stay!

Family Getaway.

The property was perfect for our family getaway! Plenty of space for the 6 of us and the kitchen was fully stocked. Relaxing back porch and the pool was right off the porch! Easy access to the beach. It is close to all the fun things to do around Hilton Head Island. Great place to stay!

Much Needed Ladies Trip

This condo was perfect for our trip! The location is amazing. Steps from a beautiful pool and a very short walk to the beach with access to a beach cabana. Nice deck to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine. The host provided great restaurant recommendations and the kitchen was well stocked for the nights we cooked in! Host was very responsive to questions that we had.

Amazing condo and amazing location.

We absolutely loved our time at this condo. It’s beautiful and clean and in a great location. Convenient to everything. Beach access is right across the street less than 5 minute walk. The pool right out the back deck is amazing. Coffee on the back deck in the mornings is quiet and peaceful. Even though kitchen and bathrooms are small it still a great condo. We will definitely stay here again. Owners are great to work with and very responsive. They have everything you need already provided for You. We had a great stay here.

Location Location Location

This condo is all about the location. Walking distance to several activities and most importantly the short walk to the beach. Having access to private bathrooms just off the beach was a huge plus as well!! The condo was comfortable and had what we needed for the most part. No bathroom on the main level wasn’t a huge problem for us, although a little surprised by that. To say the hall bathroom is small is an understatement. The shower door can’t open all the way because the toilet is in the way. The beds were comfy and the condo complex was lovely. Being so close to the pool was also a huge plus!!!! If you are looking for a prime location and don’t mind the give and take of a few updates or amenities this condo is perfection! The owners were very kind and responsive as well. Overall we had an amazing trip to HHI and can’t wait to return!

Perfect Location!

We come to HHI every year and stay at different rentals - always directly across the street from beach. We really enjoyed this one as it was the best beach access yet! The beach cabana private bathrooms were a huge bonus! The unit itself is at the front of the condo complex so it is so easy to walk across to the beach access point. Inside the unit is decorated very nicely and had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrella. The other wonderful thing was the direct access and view of the pool. The owners were very easy to communicate with and you can tell they take great care of their property. Highly recommend!
