Hurricane ready

We stayed at this property the week of Hurricane Debby and couldn’t have been more happy of the stability of the house and quiet comfort it provided for us during our stay! Although the storm was downgraded to a tropical storm by the time it got to us, the house provided us comfort during the storm. Debris that was found was quickly cleaned up and removed. We spent our time playing cards and games to pass the time. Plenty of room for our family of 7 to find Something to do!

Amazing time

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The mosquitoes were pretty obnoxious by the pool but Hilton head can be like that so bug spray is a must!

Quick weekend stay

I had never been to Hilton Head before, but many in my group have been coming for years, and a few girls even used to own the house directly next door to this property. That being said, we all had an incredible time, and this house was the perfect place to stay! Had everything we needed, and I wanted to give an extra shout out to the property manager who went above and beyond for us during our stay. Thank you so much!!

Great house

This is a great house overall. We had 11 people (our fam of 5 , my brother and his wife and 2 kids, and my mom and spouse). Check in is beyond easy, they mail your palmetto dunes gate passes 2 weeks prior to checkin, and everything has a code so no picking up keys/passes/etc after a long day of driving and fighting the incoming traffic, and a bottle of wine upon arrival with a nice welcome note. This house is very well stocked and the owners/property managers have thought of every detail. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues while there and the property manager response was literally within minutes, all 3 times, and not only was it a quick response, but things were actually taken care of promptly as well. There are 4 bikes for guests to use, and you have access to the garage, floats for the pool, skim boards for the beach, there were 8 beach towels for guest use, kitchen has everything you need to meal prep in house if you dont want to eat out. Pool area was immaculate and so comfortable as a family gathering space after a day at the beach, with an outdoor area to shower off the sand. Each bedroom has its own bath, so very suitable for multi-family vacation groups. I very rarely write reviews but felt this place deserved a good one. I would also specifically rent another property from this property manager again in a heartbeat .

Family Fun in Hilton Head

The location near the golf course and easy access to the beach made this a great house to rent. The bathroom in the downstairs bedroom definitely needs some attention though. Overall, we were happy with the rental and would stay in this location again.

Beautiful Property - Perfect Fit

We stayed at 5 Burns Ct for the week before Memorial Day and it was fabulous. Having 3 bedrooms with King Size beds full bathrooms it our adult children well. It gave us each space and privacy. The kitchen was well suited and having the beverage station separate worked well for our wine. The pool was a huge plus and we enjoyed it daily. It was a short walk to the beach and of course plenty of golf nearby. We were able to fully enjoy all of what Hilton Head had to offer and look forward to renting this property again.

Great for larger families and kids

The property was great for our vacation. It was nicely furnished, all the bed rooms were great (kids loved the bunk beds!), and the pool was nice. It is a central location for all the golf in Palmetto Dunes but a short walk to the beach access.

Fantastic House!!

This was the nicest property we have stayed at in Hilton Head. The property was well stocked and had a lot of nice amenities. The location was great and it was only a short walk to the beach but we had so much fun at the pool that we only spent 2 days at the beach. The layout of the house was very nice & the bedrooms are spaced apart for lots of privacy. The owners seem to take pride in their house & they've done a nice job of making it into a home away from home for vacationers. We spent a lot of time in the pool and patio area and it was very nice and peaceful to sit out and relax and enjoy watching the golfers. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Pandemic Remedy

My three grown children, their S/Os, and two under-two’s enjoyed a perfect week here May 22-29, 2021. In addition to all that’s listed, the rooms were quite soundproof, YAY. Delightful spot, great location, well appointed, wonderful management, prompt attention for minor issues that arose. Loved it!

Beautiful home in a great location!

This was our first time to the Hilton Head area and we found Palmetto Dunes and this house was beautiful, very clean, and perfect for our needs. Our family of 4 traveled with another family of 5. The home is very well equipped with kitchenware, which is not always the case. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which is especially nice. The spacing of the bedrooms provided great privacy for everyone, and the kids loved the pool area! The pool could use some cosmetic love, but it was clean and the size was great!! We especially loved the outdoor shower for getting all the sand off from the beach and the massage chair in the master bedroom was used on repeat by all! The house is next to a golf course and we had several balls hit into the pool area which was a little concerning. Additional netting between the fairway and the home to protect those in that space could be used. The location was really ideal. We were a short bike ride to the beach, tennis courts and general store! Overall, we enjoyed this home and would stay again.
