「La vista y el lugar muy bonitos. Alrededores le hace falta más cuidados. El estacionamiento deben tener uno así ganado para cada cuarto de acuerdo con la ubicación, ya que si sales cuando llegas no encuentras. Y tienen otros pero no están ubicados donde estás. El cuarto la puerta cerraba pero se movía y no había zafacón solo el del baño y era muy pequeño.」

「There not control at the pool at night, what look like people from outside were jumping the fence to use it, also around 3:00 am there were people at the pool drinking and talking loudly leaving trash and broken glass, also the music at the near bar was so loud that I could sleep. Parking is a joke, only four for so many rooms… I’ll never stay or recommend anybody to stay in this place… I understand that some of the issues are not under control of the owner but it was a horrible experience to...

「Property was clean and well maintained on the inside. Exterior windows need cleaning and a little love. There is a classic colonial style area which was pointed out by hotel staff which is absolutely beautiful. It provides views of the town of Mayaguez from the top. It’s on the fifth floor of the property on the original building. Breakfast is till 9:30 a.m. (or sooner because it ran out before 9:00 a.m.). Make sure you wake up early to grab a bite. 「Figured we'd stay in Mayagüez for a night and then head over to some waterfalls in the general area. I don't usually gravitate towards hotel chains, but the island is still on the mend from the storm of '17 and earthquake of '20, and Holiday Inn is doing a pretty good job of presenting well maintained and comfortable properties around the island. Bed was comfortable, room and facilities were in good shape, and it was easy access to grab a bite to eat in town. I'd stay there again.」
