「Our check engine light came on while in route to Atlanta from Dallas fathers day weekend. Long story short, we had to have our Escalade towed to Wagner Cadillac (engine failure ended up needing the entire engine replaced). We broke down right off 20, and parked at Pilot. Booked a Lyft to drop us off at 12 Oaks. I chose this hotel because of the pictures, reviews, but most importantly the unbeatable price for a King bed (considering this was an unplanned expense in addition to the trip we already...

「It was close, easy, and the staff was very courteous. The breakfast was great. Loved making my own waffle and we we surprised we had bacon, eggs, and sausage as well. Great stay! 」

「I felt safe. Nice large room , comfortable bed, & small dining area. I enjoyed the tub. Only complaint was that the flooring was coming up in places.」

「This is an older property and could use some new paint, etc. Our room was clean and the A/C worked. We had difficulty getting into the room with the provided key card, and the gentleman on duty reprogrammed the key and personally came to our room to make sure we could get in. I wish I had gotten his name so I could express my appreciation for his going the extra mile! We slept well and would stay here again.」

「I was homeless and jobless but was able to do door dash, it takes me all day to dash just make $100 a day enough to cover my room and gas for each night. They were very patience and understanding that I couldn’t pay by weekly and I paid by nightly which it probably was pain in the butt lol I am very grateful that I was in a safe place while it lasted. Thank you all for what you do! 」
