「Clean & comforts, but there’s no table which even can’t have a simple breakfast. Have 2 sofa which are no use for us. It’s better to have a table & storage drawer.」

「Check in and breakfast were good. The area is close to great pubs and restaurants and the metro. Unfortunately in the year since we last stayed here, the hotel looks a little rough inside. Carpet looks beat up. There are dings and scuffs all over the walls inside hotel rooms. We had a great time otherwise. 」

「Hotel did not inform me that all roads leading to the hotel in a rather large radius would be closed on the night of my arival. There was no communication of alternative parking arrangements. When I arrived and explained calmly that I was not a happy customer I was given excuses. Apparently they are unable to contact me because I booked through expedia. 「It was a car-free trip, but as the bus station was nearby, it wasn't as inconvenient as I'd expected. The lady at reception was very kind. Very comfortable room. Having a fridge was also a great help.」

「This hotel is in desperate need for refurbishment. The fixtures and furniture is dated and the building itself is so old that you. It think it’s a hotel. The room I got given had a non functional AC. The telephone connection in the room was non functional too. There was no water bottle in the room. You have to buy it!!! The hotel staff had left the room windows, I suppose because the AC wasn’t working. I would not recommend this to anyone.」
