Take a trip to one of the many local towns for a farmers’ market or to browse the independent shops. Hay-on-Wye is famed for books and the annual international literary festival, while the market towns of Monmouth, Ledbury, Ross-on-Wye, Kington, and Leominster are all within 25 miles and offer castles and historic monuments to explore.

There’s a super-king-size room with an en-suite bathroom with separate shower and WC. Two super-king-size rooms (one can be made into twin beds on request) plus a king-size with en-suite shower. There is a family shower room and a separate bathroom.

There is a detached ‘Artists Studio’ barn conversion, where you will find a games room complete with pool/table tennis and darts, comfy chairs, bar/small kitchen, cloakroom and a private gym. There is also a bedroom suite in the studio, separately accessed for two guests with a super-king-size zip-and-link (that can be made into a twin) with a large bath and shower room en-suite on the first floor, and a snug sitting room on the ground floor.

There are super views across the open fields and onto the Black Mountains and a private hot tub where you can enjoy catching up with everyone under the stars.
